Nice building. I was at Cathouse a couple doors to the north and they advertised that they will be taking over Fred’s and running it as Fred’s soon. I saw that a company called “Cheers” bought the building a few months back. Hope they are successful there. I used to enjoy Fred’s Alehouse. Used to get really busy there.
Great local Snoho digs. Amaze beer selection, great cocktails & great food. (The martini I had yesterday was fire!) I love their Ruben sammy. Service has always been pretty darn super :) unfortunately I am always visiting with my peeps and forget to photograph food but that’s a great testament that it’s a perfect place to visit with your friends and grab drinks and grub!
We ordered the jagger fries and the Riverton nachos. The jagger fries were really good, the nachos...underwhelming at best. Hardly any cheese, and they looked nothing like nachos I have ever had before. They looked like, and tasted like, they were just thrown on the plate, zapped in a microwave, and tossed a couple toppings on top to call it good.
