I have been coming to Grilla Bites regularly since 2010. It is my favorite go to cafe in the Snohomish area. The menu offers alot of delicious choices and I especially appreciate the quality and freshness of the food. Since I have an immune condition that has dietary restrictions, it is great to have gluten and dairy free options. You get the nutrition without sacrificing taste or selection. I have come to know the owner and staff thru out the years and love the family atmosphere...
This is a place I really want to love — the concept, mission, and vibe are great. Unfortunately, the food just doesn’t land. The salad bar is minimal and uninspired, especially when it comes to proteins, and the overall flavors of the menu fall short of the healthy freshness the menu promises.

- [ ] Grilla bites is a unique healthy organic restaurant that meets a lot of strict dietary needs. It’s an essential part of our community and it gives first street a healthy alternative for families. They use locally grown organic ingredients when possible, which is all important in supporting small farmers/businesses. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, employees are welcoming and more importantly they ask about dietary needs. I give it a 10/10, my happy place!
