I really love this restaurant. I come for my birthday every year. I eat here regularly in between as well. I always feel well treated, they are prompt with my order, and know my order when I come in before I order. Highly recommend.

“Blended” drink had cubes of ice and chunks of pineapple, food was cold, very overpriced, stale chips, got order wrong and wouldn’t fix it.

We decided to try the Snohomish Ixtapa. We will never return as I found a cockroach in my food. Thankfully I only took one small bite, when I noticed a brownish/black on my food. Picked it out and discovered it was a cockroach. We immediately left. We went to our normal place.

Ordered the Ribeye Med Rare, got a piece of extremely well done shoe leather, took one bite and couldn't eat it. They didn't ask if my meal was OK and charged me full price. Np I just won't be back
