It was a Jack in the Box. There were very few people inside and nobody in the drive thru, yet the drink and condiment area was in desperate need of a cleaning. I was there probably 20 minutes in all and never saw anyone coming out to check to see if it needed attention. The service and atmosphere were average, but when I asked that the burger patty be cooked fresh, they did so without questioning, which I greatly appreciated. The loaded breakfast is decidedly less loaded and a little more expensive than I remember. I know this isn’t the owners fault if it is a franchise, but still can’t give it 5 stars.

The service, though, is fantastic and the food is fresh. At least in the 6-7am time window where I normally stop here (on the rare occasion I’m heading up that way).

So the first time we went the service was great guy was really friendly and helpful. This second time customer service was lacking they were not friendly or even cordial, we paid for sauce that was left out and when we said we got sauce she eye rolled, checked the screen and finally grabbed it.
