Employees didn’t seem to be very sanitary. Payed for extra toppings got 1/10 of the sub with avocado like this place don’t dress an entire sandwich no more. They won’t re work sub they messed up on a least not for me very sickly experience. The person at the POS system won’t just give you your receipt” you gotta be really demanding about it an they still might not hear you.. yeah I’m good, y’all gotta wash your hands & make your service💯🤮 Food poisoning so yeah be careful who you letting serve you food.

Im so beyond happy with this jimmy johns! I love them so much we come here often. They made a mistake on accident and they were so kind to immediately fix it and the food here is so amazing! Always so fresh and it makes u feel good!! 🫶🏻

So I got another sandwich that did not have extra mustard and extra pickles- there were zero pickles and zero mustard.!!! This is the second time this has happened to me and it never gets better. What does it take for the Snohomish Jimmy John's to make sandwiches correctly?!

I needed to grab something quick for lunch for my family . Online Info for the store said open at 10:30am and the doors did not open until well after 11. I ordered for a 10:30 pick up and was waiting at the sandwich store for 45 min . I went to cancel the order so I could find lunch for the kids I a timely manor and was told I couldn’t. So I waited and was forced to be late for our appointment. If you say your open at 10:30 , staff should be in well before 10:30 to prep and handle catering orders not showing up after 11 to then stand around and make customers wait. Once we got our food it was all wrong except for 1 sandwich .

I enjoy a good #6 veggie sandwich. It's a classic Jimmy John's. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The sandwich is always good and quick when your in a hurry .

I was shocked at how expensive these sandwiches are. The worse thing is paying $1/inch with no meat on either end inches. While the Spicey Italian had a good amount of meat, it wasn't made according to how it is advertised. (I hate mayo, it was supposed to be an oil & vinegar.) The Big John was only big on bread, very thin on roast beef.

Great service from Serenity and crew today who assisted me when I accidentally ordered my sandwich at the wrong location. Our sandwiches were perfect and made quickly and efficiently. Would definitely visit this location again.

The orders used to be really good. I don’t know who’s working there now but they’re not reading anything. I got a slim today with extra turkey and it looks like a piece of sandpaper with one piece of turkey on it. It’s horrible and this is the third time it’s been the bad order. And I asked for and I asked for a pickle quartered and it looks like it’s in three pieces they don’t even have to cut a pickle Pointed
