This place is great. The service is top-notch—friendly staff, quick meal and helpful menu guidance. The poke was fresh with good flavor. I noticed a lot of other options besides raw fish. The açaí looked unique that I’ll be back to try again.

I came in for a to go order and I was the only one in the store with three employees (I understand uber and call in orders but not too busy). One employee made my bowl and then… she disappeared without a handoff to the other employee. So.. I was just standing there until another employee asked me “did you need something?”. I said “my smoothie.”lol it’s honestly consistent with the service everywhere in Washington, so I’m not upset, I’m just used to it. Anyhow, foods good!

What a cute location! They have the wow wow aloha lemonade here as well! What a treat! The bowls are delicious, and the Masubi is a must! Great staff, super friendly and very forthcoming as soon as you walk in if they are out of anything! Great customer service we had plenty of time to decide and change our order!

I really only visit this place because it's the only poke place in Snohomish. If you love poke, visit with caution. If you don't love poke, I suggest skipping it.
It seems like every time I visit, I need to skip over toppings I like to add to my poke bowl, because half of the toppings look to be old or not fresh enough (no matter the time of day I go). I typically skip one or two toppings that I'd like to have, because of this. This is a reoccurring problem and not just one visit.
I also worry about their food safety, because their spam musubi is not up to food safety code, and could make people sick. They used to keep it at adequate temperatures, but the last two times I have went, their machine that keeps them at the correct heat seems to be broken or not working, because they were barely over room temperature (which is a stark contrast compared to when I was unable to hold them for 5 seconds because of how hot they were). Employees seem to not care about this, especially because it would be noticeable to them as they literally grab the musubi with their hands, and can tell if it's at a safe temperature to serve or not.
I worry about what else they may be skimping out on from a food safety standpoint, given that something this noticeable to customers is not being fixed, or seem to be cared about. Unfortunately, I also wonder if food temperature log numbers are being fudged, because this should have been noticed ages ago.

I had the surf & surf. It's so ono (delicious). Fresh delicious food. Great service.
We love this place but tonight not so much we were ordering food and one of the lady’s working started putting up the chairs like they were closing they still had 45 minutes tell they close the lady helping us with our food made us feel like we were bothering her. Next time I come here and they are working I will go somewhere else.

The overwhelming smell of cleaner is very unpleasant. I want to walk in a restaurant and smell food. Not cleaner. Being in there for only five minutes caused my clothes to smell and I could literally taste the cleaner in my mouth.

The gentleman behind the counter gave great service but overall a disappointing meal, extremely small portions of proteins and the miso soup was very bland. Island Blends in Monroe is much higher quality for about the same price.
