Don't order online because your order WILL be wrong. I'm not sure how that's possible when the receipt lists everything. If you order in-store though, everything is awesome!

I’ve ordered from here in the past and always been satisfied so I didn’t think to check my pickup order before leaving.. got home to discover my ahi is dark brown/grey and super chewy ?

It’s honestly really grossing me out but I’m sick and don’t have the energy to drive back into town to return this.

A little more quality control would be great especially when working with raw foods.

We have been here multiple times. We love the food, we love all the options and the flavors. It was a little disappointing that the service today was a bit less than steller, but usually, they have multiple employees, and they are very friendly. They seem to do a good amount of takeout since they always seem to have a least one person assigned to just getting those filled.
