I've gone through this KFC a few times and the service and professionalism that Juan provides is extraordinary! I'm not a frequent fast food customer but when I'm in Snohomish and want fast food I go here because of Juan's service

Dirty place, very rude employees, and chicken was way over cooked,worst chicken strips I've bought at a KFC, and I've been to many. Overall nasty place for lunch. Won't be back at this location ever again.

Ordered two of the new dunking buckets to experience the dunking. I ordered through the app and it was delivered by DoorDash. Normally, it would be DoorDash that is the problem this time it was KFC. How do you order Dunkin buckets but they don’t give you the sauces that go in the three little slots of the Dunkin bucket. I called the store only to get an answer of you could come to the store and get the sauce. What a joke if I wanted to go out to the store, I would’ve done so. On top of that, how is it my problem that they didn’t give me the sauces for their brand new thing they’re trying to sell. And I can’t blame it on anybody else but them because they seal the bag

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a fantastic experience at KFC today! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. The restaurant was busy and clean, which added to the pleasant atmosphere. And of course, the food was amazing – the chicken was crispy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. It’s always nice to enjoy a meal where both the food and service exceed expectations. I’ll definitely be coming back soon! Highly recommend this location for anyone craving delicious fried chicken and great service.
DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT come to this store. The service is poor and they lie. I ordered on-line, got a notification saying my food was ready, came to pick it up and they said yea we lied, it’s still going to be about 20-30 minutes!!!! Complete garbage!!!

I like this store. I'll drive from Seattle to get there about 30 minutes because their food is normal priced and not marked up like in Seattle. The inside of the restaurant is also clean and the people are nice.
