I usually never have complaints about this location, but today I found two medium length black hairs in my snackwrap :( (I'm a ginger, so quite the difference) It definitely happens sometimes but its still very unpleasant.

I moved to the area about 7 months ago. I usually don’t write reviews but every time I’ve gone here there’s always an issue. Drive thru messed up like I’m sitting at one sign and 3 other cars have gone through before I get my turn, order’s wrong or items missing. I don’t know what these high schoolers are doing in the back but their job isn’t one of them.

I told the employee at the front counter I needed to catch a bus in 15 minutes and it seemed almost as if he was intentionally taking a long time. Among acting like he did not hear me when I spoke actually all of the employees I tried to ask how much longer. I ended up having to leave the food behind because they never gave it to me. I would have missed my bus, and I wasn't about to have to wait another hour for the next one over a frappe and a mcdouble. After I caught my bus I called them to ask if I can come by at a different time since I had already paid for my order but no one answered. Ridiculously slow and rude customer service at this establishment!

Service is all depending on the time of day. Friendly staff & clean.
Sat in line for 25 minutes to be told to wait longer then. It took 10 minutes for a refund. I would not recommend if in a hurry.

Blake was part of the crew today around 10:30/11am -12 :50 pm - I was there with my 6 month old and 5 year old daughters and my hands were very full bc my hubby left stroller in his work car ! Even tho I didn’t ask for any help he was very very kind and courteous. Thank You Blake ! And McDonald’s - this location is Always very good and nice people . But Blake went above and beyond today:) made my time w kids at Playplace much better:)

I'm a big back that loves McDonald's. The Ice Cream Machine wasn't broken! Staff are very nice, and there are low wait times.
