My friend dropped his Dr pepper on accident and the manager was blaming him saying it was on purpose but it wasn't and saying we either leave and never come back or clean overall it felt really targeting so not a good time and he wasn't really understanding that it was an accident

It's maccas. The order is wrong a third of the time, the food is usually lukewarm at best unless you catch them when the fries just come up. You get what you expect here, beyond the over inflated prices.

It just happened to me right now at 7:30 at night on the drive thru of this McDonald's. I see how in the car before me they return the food that they got wrong and the same order already touched by someone else they gave it to me. They gave me an order that was not my order, I returned it and they gave it to another incredible person. Then my order lacked the milk for my sister from her happy box and the ice creams came all dripping. The terrible service was unable to give me napkins. Today was a terrible experience.

I told the person 3-5 times “no cheese” and they kept saying “so you want it plain. I got the burger home to my girl who’s lactose intolerant and now she doesn’t get to eat tonight.
This drive thru does not take special orders well. I ordered a deluxe quarter pound burger with everything except NO Katchup. I was given a double cheese burger with Only Katchup. As I was the end of a long day & hadn't checked the burger until I was already home I didn't want drive all the way back. There is almost always an issue at this particular drive thru. If you special order something be ure to double check b4 you leave! Lesson learned. If your allergic to tomatoes you're sol!
