Our regular Pho restaurant was closed so we decided to try Pho Mimosa. We had #29, #34, and a double order of Spring Rolls. All dishes were ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. Fresh ingredients and just the right amount of seasoning. We are switching Pho restaurants to this one. This is a winner folks!
