Just had a terrible experience here. They got almost everything in our order wrong. Instead of expediting the correction we waited 20 minutes. Twice as long as it took to get the wrong order in the first place. There was no sense of urgency. No apology. Nobody to try and make the situation better. No manager taking care of us. After watching guest after guest get served in the time it took to make my one burger and two milkshakes. Very aggravating experience.

Went thru drive thru which took them forever to come to the window. No one in restaurant, Girl and guy came from the back. Then sold me Cold fries and cold burger! Been coming here forever, not no more!

I don't understand why this place is popular at all. Townies, perhaps? All the food seems as though it came straight off the sysco truck in bulk. Literally nothing seems fresh or great. (Least of all the lettuce and tomato) Nothing stands out other than the long wait for a super basic (not very palatable) burger and fries.
Skip it and just go somewhere that isn't terrible. The only thing that was worse in the area was King Charleys.
