Excellent, delicious food. Brusque, unwelcoming serviced service.

Found this visiting Snohomish WA. We had apple turnover and a blueberry croissant. They were not overly sweetened so you can taste the fruit. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Great pastries, and friendly service. Even though they get really busy, they usually have a pretty good supply all day.

Best bakery around.

The burger was completely amazing!!! My only wish was for sliced avacado on my burger verses guacamole. And if course the bakery for take home goods was outstanding...

The baked goods that I have had the pleasure of eating are absolutely delicious. I discovered this place while I was shopping at the Redmond Farmer's Market, saw they had a brick and motor store, and decided I wanted to make the trip to their bakery. My S.O. and I went on a Saturday late morning. Their glass cases of baked goods still had a good amount of all their options despite the obviously busy morning of foot traffic they had experienced that day.

Our current favorites are also the only ones we have tried so far which are: 1. The double baked chocolate croissant, the blueberry lemon danish(?), the gruyere cheese bread, and the everything bagel croissant.

Though no fault of their own service was short and sweet with little smiles, but judging by the large amount of foot traffic the day of our visit the young lady must have had a day by the time we had rolled up.

Parking in the area is very bad so be patient and/or be early.

Old dried out cheesecake (amaretto). Ick. Wish I didn’t get it to go, or I’d request a refund. Bummer.

First the good - the coffee at the self serve bar was good. Now the not so good. Staff was not very engaging and seemed put out to answer questions or take your order. The place was dirty. it needs to be swept and dusted. We ordered the Ceasar Club. It was very bland, but had a nice proportion of chicken, but very little flavor. the side (basically a ramekin) of coleslaw was terrible - no flavor at all. Had to bus your own tables, which I think is fine. I would not come back for anything except the coffee.

Their Gruyère cheese bread loaf and cinnamon raisin bread loaves are excellent.

The only reason why I am not giving it 5 stars are the dirty plates and the response I got to it when asked why I need paper plates instead of the regular ones; the barista was insisting is the texture of the plate. I asked her to go to a brighter spot and take a better look. I left and used tissues instead of plates. Will I go back? Definitely! But will keep using plastic and paper :)
Food is delicious!

The coffee and pastry were great, and the cafe looks cool. The whole place was very dirty, which was odd. There was garbage everywhere -- the trash bin was overflowing. The tables were dirty and there was dust on the counters. The people working there seemed overwhelmed, so maybe they're just understaffed.

I purchased a loaf and a baguette at the Des Moines Farmer's Market yesterday and both were stale! The bread must have been a few days old! Seeing the long line, I was excited to try it, but it turned out to be a waste of money!
