Pie Co in Snohomish is a must-visit for dessert lovers. My wife and I shared a peach pie in a cup, served warm over a scoop of vanilla ice cream—absolutely amazing and the perfect mix of flavors and textures.
The place was spotless and well cared for, with a cozy patio where they even brought our dessert right to the table. Great pie, great service, and a perfect spot to slow down and enjoy a sweet treat.

I’ve only had the pleasure of eating these pies when coworkers brought them to the office. Boy are they tasty! I love that they offer dairy free varieties, too! I’ll definitely have to make a stop into the store when I’m in the area. I’m not usually a pie person either but Snohomish Pie Co has changed that!
