I spilled my drink and they remade it. So thankful.

Hours at this location are always unreliable. Location randomly closes during the day. Never going to come here

Always friendly, I bring my own espresso cup and always get friendly comments.
Nice and quiet and easy place to study or hang out with friends.

I like that coffee tastes the same anywhere in the country, it's just that sometimes the people who serve are inexperienced and give you whatever they want and despite the guarantee that you know they will make your drink again, they get upset for making coffee again just the way you want it

I've been reluctant to leave this review, however, I finally decided to after my most recent experience.My drink of choice is a Triple Espresso with Steamed Cream. Unlike most other Starbucks locations the Clearview store pours straight espresso shots and doesn't add any viable or noticeable cream? Baristas are unwilling to add measurable cream and prefer to err by not adding the cream that's part of this drink. If I wanted straight espresso shots I wouldn't order it with steamed cream?!I haven't brought this up before because I can also drink straight shots of espresso but prefer my shots with some cream. I finally decided today I would say something about it. I was not walking away from this store again with drinking straight espresso shots when I ordered my Triple Espresso with Steamed Cream. When I informed barista there is no cream in my drink she ignored me and avoided eye contact and conveyed an attitude because she had to bring the cream out to steam.When she got around to adding the cream to my drink it was like one or two drops which was humiliating and her way of making a atatement. I called her bluff and said my drink still needs cream (as it still appeared straight espresso shots black in color). She then deliberately overpoured the cream and made it a latte. Frustrating to say the least when I concluded she doesn't know what she's doing there was no point having her remake it again. To avoid added mutual frustration, I walked away, but not without leaving this review.There is also a guy who does the same thing with my drink and he is a workhouse cranking out the drinks left and right but he appears unhappy and unresponsive to customers around him. There are just a few happy employees I've occasionally seen at this store but most of the employees here appear stressed and unhappy. There are issues below the surface at this store.Moreover, this certainly is not my first choice in coming here but it's the closest Starbucks to where I occasionally do business. I may not come here anymore. I prefer to not be around stressed, unresposive employees that can't make my simple drink of choice right.

Love this store, which is the closest Starbucks to my home. Bright updated interior makes a cozy place to have a break in the middle of the day.

Never ordering here again. I don't know whether they changed lid suppliers or if this was a defect but I'm not going back to find out. This drink should have never been handed out. The lid was not even able to secure properly and it ruined my day, my clothes, shoes, car interior, and drink. If this is some type of new lid design, my business with Starbucks is done.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I showed up on my 50th birthday and the one thing I was looking forward to today was a free coffee from Starbucks. When I inquired about this, the employees stared blankly at me as if I were a lunatic. They embarrassed me in front of the other customers and denied me the free coffee without any explanation. I was very disappointed and confused as to why I had been denied the free drink, as they said they didn't do such things, but I knew they did. I am really hoping for some resolution here, as my one special part of my 50th birthday had been ruined without any kindness or explanation.

I ordered egg bites, and they were borderline frozen when they were given to me. We all make mistakes, so I came back to ask for new ones that were heated up and I got very rude looks, no sorry and no offer to make it right. Where has customer service gone?

Everyone was nice but the old lady working there. Asked her if she can throw something out for us and she said she couldn’t so we were going to take it back, but she snatched it out our hands and gave us a nasty attitude.

These guys are great. Get yourself an oleato golden foam and pamper yourself.
