You need to turn lights off and take the sign down that says,”We’re open.” I was there at 4:20 pm today and waited for someone to take my order… I drove to the window and sat there waiting. Just turn the lights off and take down the sign if you’re not open!!! PLEASE! 🙂

Good coffee The music can be a little annoying at times though. I do wish there was a way to get away from it and to have a more quiet area. But that's just not the way they run which is fine. But it does prevent me from going there a lot. Drive-thru customer service seems to be more friendly than at the counter.

This location consistently serves what seems like day old drip coffee. I have ordered here as they open, within an hour of opening, and other times early in the morning and every time the coffee has been luke warm and tasted bad.

When visiting today i was very saddened to see one girl rushing around making drinks by herself and was even more saddened when i received my drink and it was made completely wrong. my iced pumpkin chai had no pumpkin cream or chai in it (it was made with straight coffee??), i didn’t realize until i was in the car and heading off to my baby appointment. i assume this was due to the poor girl drowning and rushing through orders by herself. please hire adequate help so customers don’t suffer lol (especially pregnant ones)

The baristas know how to make a girl feel celebrated! I came to redeem my birthday treat and got a beautifully decorated Venti cup with a great drink recommendation and a HBD with a smile. Positivity and caring is so rare these days, thanks ladies for making the effort and the delicious drink!

I was happy to be able to get my latte made with unsweetened almond milk. The tables/seating area is away from the counter where people order so was quieter than what I typically experience.

Weekend crew is SLOW and DISORGANIZED. I ordered one drink and one food item online. I arrived and there was no one in line in the store. I watched orders go out to the drive-through and my drink never showed up. 13 minutes later I had to leave because I was late for an appointment. Don’t go here on the weekends!

Went this morning and the Coffee flavor was good. The barista had an attitude when I politely asked for an extra shot while I was ordering, not after. Once I received my coffee with an attitude mind you, they didn't even fill it up all the way. It was less then 3/4 full and yes it was a hot drink. I've been here a few times and never had a problem. I would have went in to have them fix the coffee had I not already driven off and down the road.

I've been spending a lot of time here the past few days since the storm. The music they play is SO BAD. It's pretty terrible, almost unbearable, and really LOUD! Sounds more like high pitched yelling most of the time, rather than music, and really destroys any possibility of nice ambiance (and sadly undermines the cozy fire place). Maybe management can set some guidelines for a more mature music selection?
