Why on earth can't you order a simple cup of peach harmony tea? I've been told it has to have the citrus and other flavors added....Starbucks does not care about serving their customers what they want!

I feel bad because the girl was very polite, working alone, and it was kind of busy. But if you burn the espresso shots.. just make new ones. Dont put them in and pretend nothing is wrong.

Starbucks crossed the line yet again embracing woke politics by announcing free transportation to California for free abortions for any employee affected by recent Supreme court rulings. I canceled my Starbucks account and refuse to do business with them anymore. And this company took millions for covid, then raised prices, cut employee pay, and rewarded their CEOs with bonuses in the millions. Another greedy company pretending to be so concerned for everyone just to push their politics and build profits, but only for their CEOs.

I went to the Starbucks in Haggen Grocery in Snohomish yesterday. There were 4 baristas. One was waiting on the woman in line ahead of me. The others were having a pleasant chat. One minute went by; I waited. Another minute went by; I waited. Another minute went by; I walked away. I own a few shares of Starbucks, and I would like to think my investment is being better managed than that.

I was treated very poorly by an employee named Chelle. She was extremely rude and sarcastic. I go to this Starbucks all the time and have always gotten great customer service. She was so mean I would rather drive to the Bickford Starbucks next time.

We were shopping at the Snohomish Hagen, and decided to get some food and coffee at the starbucks there...There was only one person waiting for their drink, and 2 people behind the counter...I approached the counter and said hi, and neither person acknowledged me.I stood there for several minutes, even picked out some food items.. I waited, but no one acknowledged me...what a couple of RUDE people! So different from any other Starbucks I have been to.I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE!I hope they get treated the same way one day!
