Disappointing and disgusting. Absolute zero friendly customer service. The veggies look like they’re two weeks old and slimey . And then they have the audacity to ask for a tip afterwards.

I came in for lucnh and the lady at the counter was playing on her phone and when she saw me she ignored me to keep playing on her phone. I gotbher attention and she told me that she would be with me in a second and kept messing with her phone. Thats a constant thing with her and it makes me not even want to go here anymore. The food is fine but the cashier needs to actually do work for it to be worth coming here.

I always go to this subway because it’s closest to me and until today, I’ve never had a bad experience. This review isn’t to discourage people from going to this one, I just hope the owner of this location reads it and does something about it. I ordered a sandwich on Italian bread and it was moldy when she laid it out. If I hadn’t said anything she wouldn’t have even noticed. As she was making the sandwich, I also noticed the veggies were dry as hell and looked like they hadn’t been replaced in a week. I just want to get what I’mpaying for since I am putting it into my body and this was not good quality food whatsoever.

Only issue I had was that the marinara suave was pretty runny which my sandwich really soggy.

Ordered a footlong tuna sandwich and the staff gave me only 3 scoops of tuna instead of 4, explaining that it had to do with supply issues. I complained to Subway's customer service.The store's owner (Paul Armour) contacted me, but instead of apologizing, he indirectly accused me of lying that this didn't happen. After reviewing the video feed, he eventually apologized begrudgingly but continued to accuse of lying and effectively berated me for complaining to Subway about this. He behaved like an unbelievably entitled and preachy person.Avoid this Subway if you can. The problem is that Armour owns 26 other Subways in addition to this one, and it's likely you will give him your business if you eat at Subway and live in the general vicinity.

The female employee who made my sandwhich is consistently great! Since I opt for Subway as I healthy option I spend a lot there. Too bad the owner doesn't particpate in any promotions.

They're always quick which is great since this is my lunch break go-to, among with many others that seem to be taking lunch breaks at the same time! I appreciate the service I get here on a weekly basis!
