I've been here dozens of times and the drive thru employees are always friendly, speed is fast, and the food is either hit or miss (sometimes hot and good, sometimes missing key ingredients like the cheese or meat for goodness sake). But most recently I've observed Carter in particular provide exceptional 5 star service on several occasions, handling remakes and complaints etc. by making the food himself very well, so I updated my review to 5 stars. Other employees are also more accommodating in the dining room lately. It's great to see the improvements here.

if you like completely watered down baja blast, this is THE PLACE to go!!! not only is it watery, but has no carbonation and is room temperature. would not recommend this location.

This place is screwed up. You can order something on the app one day and its gone the next, just to be back the day after that. Its ridiculous. Go the extra mile and go to lake stevens. This location also gets the order wrong a lot too.

Drive through Saturday night at 10 pm, ordered three tacos, when I got home and opened the tacos there was almost nothing in one, just the shell and less then one teaspoon of meat, even less cheese. The other two were a bit better, but not even close to what you get in the daytime. Poor quality control.
I placed an order, and they canceled my order, ignored my first call, threatened me when I called a second time, and I never got any food. Absolutely disgusting behavior. I will be calling corporate.

This was such an amazing experience! First off, the prices are lower here than in the taco bell in Monroe by like 2 whole dollars!!! Game changer fr. Then, as we were eating, someone in the drive-through drove off without getting all of the food.. oh no, right?! BUT NO!! Some trooper worker ran out the door, food in hand, and delivered the goods right to them in the street!! Business is BOOMING

I have visited here many times, expecting results to be different. But more often than not, I leave without the items I ordered, incorrect/missing ingredients and having to deal with incompetent workers. Seems like there’s high turnover here.
Today was no different.
I picked up my online order at the drive-thru. My burrito had no sour cream and I did not get my sauce for the nuggets.
My chips were dumped all over the bag when handed to me in the drive through. I was checking if all items were there and I pulled out the taco, and it was wrapped very poorly and cheese spilled out everywhere. I also mentioned the sauce being missing (which was selected as an option with the nuggets) and they gave me taco sauce, not the dip.
I tried to hand back the bag but they said they couldnt take it back. I said well the food is all over me and my car now. The response I got was, “Well, theres a bunch of 16 year old boys back there.” I said I don’t think that’s an excuse and they should be taught to do the job correctly.
The manager popped up (quite abruptly) and said, “WHAT WAS THAT?!” I explained what was going on and she offered to wrap the food again. I said, “Well, I thought you weren’t allowed to take it back?” She said she would do it and I got the food back and left.
The food and ingredients usually always taste fresh and hot though. That’s a positive.
