My partner specifically called out a raw tomato allergy in the drive through, even asking to change gloves. Got home, their first bite of a veggie soft taco - tomato.
No way to contact the store, and going through the phone tree, leaving a message to be called back...no call back after multiple days.
We have been to this location multiple times in the past, but it will be difficult to regain trust once it has been damaged. And ignoring the problem makes it worse - apologize, talk about how it will be safer in the future...better.

A great place if you like Taco Bell or Del taco. It’s definitely fast food. For lack of a better term, it’s caucasian “Mexican” food.

Always a good size portion for your dollar here always fresh. These people are good at what they do. It's never a long wait when I go here. Food is always hot fresh and tasty. Even going inside here is always a friendly atmosphere and clean. Well worth the stop. Well worth the price.

Every time I order here they forget something! The final time was today. When the boy running the drive through handed me the forgotten crisp bean burrito without a bag, un-gloved hand after handling the transaction of the vehicle before me. No apology for me having to run back to get what I paid for. When I reached out to the store to communicate they didn't answer the phone, or reply to my email, just issue a refund.
This used to be the BEST location 6 months ago. The staff was incredible, super friendly, and went the extra mile to make the customer happy. This location has gone down hill.
