Mobile order. Crustos were dark almost burned. Odd taste. They are supposed to be light colored. Not edible. Burrito was okay.

It used to be a GREAT place to go but after the management changed hands....they don't treat people with any good service. (I spent over $100 each time I go there) NOT worth spending money at a place that treats you poorly! I'll go somewhere where im valued and appreciated!!

My partner specifically called out a raw tomato allergy in the drive through, even asking to change gloves. Got home, their first bite of a veggie soft taco - tomato.
No way to contact the store, and going through the phone tree, leaving a message to be called back...no call back after multiple days.
We have been to this location multiple times in the past, but it will be difficult to regain trust once it has been damaged. And ignoring the problem makes it worse - apologize, talk about how it will be safer in the future...better.

Always a good size portion for your dollar here always fresh. These people are good at what they do. It's never a long wait when I go here. Food is always hot fresh and tasty. Even going inside here is always a friendly atmosphere and clean. Well worth the stop. Well worth the price.
