25 out of 10. Went here for lunch and not only was amazed by the food, the bartender Jamie has it all going on! Great recommendations on food and weekly specials and she hooked us up with a lunch card. We will definitely be back for dinners too.

I work at a high end restaurant and tell people that Who's on First has the best bar food in town. I often have lunch here, and the brunch options on the weekend are amazing.

OXFORD OXFORD OXFORD OXFORD OFXFORD!!!!!!!! ONE HUNDRED MILLION TIMES GO TO THE OXFORD!!!!! Like, please, if you’re considering where to go tonight, don’t go here. I haven’t given a 1 star in a LOOOOONG time. Which is pretty sad, especially since the amount of people I had (20ish) were gonna give that bartender a multi-hundred dollar tip combined. But hey, if they wanna kick me out (who just simply went to the bathroom) then I’ll take my thousands of alcohol dollars to the Oxford. The Oxford treated me very well… I’d definitely recommend the OXFORD… NOT Who’s in First. Who’s On First absolutely blows and will ruin your night.

This place reminds me of when I used to live in Ballard. Just a locals place that feels dependable in a way that you know you're going to get loud people having fun, a good drink, bar food, play some billiards and just hang out. It's a hometown kinda vibe and feels like that local place people go after work to grab a drink.
I gave 4 stars for the food because the street taco carne was pretty tough sadly. The chicken was better.

The food was absolutely amazing. So much care and detail was put into all the food my friend and I had. The fries were absolutely amazing and I’m extremely picky when it comes to fries.
The service was absolutely amazing. Paige took our order over the phone and brought us out to go order when went in for pick up. She should be running the place in my opinion.
The atmosphere was also amazing. There was a nice touch of Halloween decor when we entered and that’s the quickest way to my heart. Anyway we are now who’s on first people.

Our new spot! Wow. Just wow. To-go, Had the Fish and Chips and added a piece (the 8.99 order comes with one) and WOW! the portions are generous and the fish was so well prepared. We didn't eat this for at least 20 minutes and it was still piping hot and crispy. Partner had the Whiskey Burger, and we shared poutine and cheese sticks. The poutine was MASSIVE and included steak, and the mozz sticks were large and delicious! We had an entire second meal of leftovers. We are eating here again tonight and couldn't be more excited!
Paige was who took our order and who we met when we arrived. We played some pull tabs while she bagged everything and chatted us up. Very friendly, very kind.
We had a bad taste in our mouth about another local establishment close by, and this was a complete 180. The service was awesome, the food was awesome, and the vibe inside was exactly where you want to hang and play pool.
If you're around and hungry, this is the grub.

I’ve been to this bar twice. The second time I had a terrible experience with an employee that left me in tears. I was bullied and belittled. I will never go back. I will stick to going to the Oxford or other wonderful venues nearby.
