Best susi in the valley

Relatively well priced restaurants at the casino. The main issue is the size of the menu which spans many different regional foods from Asia. The sushi was excellent and I would definitely get it again. However, the pad Thai was a bit wet and under spiced and the bao bun was too dry. That is the difficulty with a large menu, but at least they have something for everyone. Side note, the small sizes were pretty large.

Such good pricing for the area we live in. Husband and I came in for anniversary and went all out.

Located within the Snoqualmie Casino, 12 Moons offers a lively and vibrant atmosphere. Specializing in Asian and Chinese cuisine, this restaurant is a fantastic choice for anyone craving good quality, flavorful dishes in a dynamic setting. The interior is well designed, and the energy of the space makes it an engaging spot for both casual diners and those looking for something more refined.
The restaurant doesn't take reservations, the seating is limited, and the wait time usually ranges from 15-30 mins. This can be a bit of inconvenience, especially during busy hours. The staff is attentive and friendly, ensuring a pleasant dining experience despite the bustling atmosphere.
The food at 12 Moons remains the standout feature. Their menu offers a variety of fresh and flavorful options. The sushi, in particular, is always fresh and beautifully presented, with the large Sashimi being a favorite. They frequently feature specials, adding an element of excitement for regular patrons who enjoy trying something new.
A recent increase in prices and reduction in portion sizes has made the restaurant feel a bit more expensive.
The desert options are quite limited, an area where the restaurant could improve. The mango Panna Cotta, a new addition to the menu, while light and pleasant, it didn't leave a lasting impression. A broader dessert selection would definitely elevate the dining experience.
The restaurant is open Monday through Thursday and Sunday from 4p-10p, with extended hours on Friday and Saturday from 4p-12a. This offers diners some flexibility, especially for late night meals on the weekend.
Overall, 12 Moons remains a great option for those seeking vibrant Asian and Chinese cuisine, particularly fresh sushi. While the recent price hikes and smaller portions may discourage some, the lively atmosphere and quality food continue to make it a solid choice for a fun and flavorful meal inside the casino.

Located in the Snoqualmie casino, this is the best Asian food you can find in the area.

Food is fantastic and Fred Schlactler On the Piano is the best!

We ate at 12 moons and had a unique experience. We started with gyoza as an appetizer, but unfortunately, the first one i bit into had a sharp plastic piece that punctured the roof of my mouth. I immediately told our server, who quickly notified the manager. They handled the situation professionally, taking photos, calling EMS, and offering medical attention (which i declined as it was a minor injury).
While this was an unfortunate incident, I was impressed by their response and level of care. After that, we ordered two sushi rolls and phad thai. The sushi was good, though not exceptional, and the phad thai was underwhelming in flavor.
Despite the mishap and the mediocre food, the service stood out, and we're open to giving them another try in the future. Mistakes happen, and they handled this one as best as anyone could.

I used to love this place for the amazing singing piano bar atmosphere! I hope they bring back Joe's singing!

Charging 18% with completely 0 subpar services with Manager John Lennstrom that don't even understands Asian Cuisines & or fine restaurant services. I even wonder why Snoqualmie Casino continue to hire him. Through the hustle and hastle, producing unedible asian cuisines, snobbish attitudes, disorganization, its sad to see this happening in our community to a very upscale restaurant

I dined at your restaurant on Saturday, 11/09/2024, along with myself and two friends. We did separate orders/checks. The overall experience was a 3 out of 5. My reasons were as follows: when my server refilled my water, he dropped my straw on the table, so when I asked for another straw, I kind of got attitude from the server. Then, when my friends and I got our main entrees, everyone else at the table got their food, except me. Only one of the two entrees that I ordered came to the table. I had to wait over ten minutes for the other entree to come to my table. By that time, my dining experience was ruined. Another thing that irritated me is that I had a $35.00 food voucher that I wanted to redeem, but the waiter informed me that since I was redeeming my food voucher, a 15% gratuity was added to my bill, so there was no point of additional at that point. For reference, my Check # was: 12410883, Cashier/Server: James. My Cresent Club number is: 40488

We came in with a large group and were seated in a quiet private room. Mostly people between 25-40, mostly bipoc. Service was incredibly slow, and several items were left off our order. We waited 20 minutes after requesting boxes, another 20 before they came back for the check. When I went to pay for the table, the server asked me for my ID. I asked why and they said it was policy, I asked another employee and they weren’t aware of the policy - they had seen it when cashing out of the casino but not when paying for a meal.

Great atmosphere and good food. Kimberly, the server, was a racist to say the least which makes her a terrible host. My Caucasian friend told me she has been there multiple times with her family and never been asked for ID when paying the bills. I noticed also, others weren't asked to show their ID. I think in Kimberly's perception, I don't belong there nor would I have a proof of ID to complete the payment, not sure. However this is for her as a lesson, to remind or enlighten her that this is 2024 and rendering an equal customer service for all individuals is the least sensible thing she can do. What a shame. People notice and observe how they are unfairly treated.
