The flavor of the food was good. The service was nice, but for $18 dollars you get a small 6in sandwich and no side it just isn’t worth the price. Again the food is good, just don’t except anything big or filling.

Edit due to response from owner: our sandwich was pork, it was not beef, we were specially told there was no brisket or beef at all. We are providing feedback to allow others to know what they can expect to get. Almost $20 dollars is very steep for just the 6inch sandwich (normally one side would be included for that price) and we were quite shocked at how small and not substantial it was.

Best BBQ in the area! I’m from North Carolina where BBQ is king and this is better than a lot of southern bbq I have had! The owner was amazing and so friendly! Love this place.

I ordered pork ribs, half rack, expecting some flavorful juicy ribs, it's a BBQ place after all. The ribs were dry, with a flavor of several times reheated meat. Not what I expected for sure.

This place was so good, we scarfed up our food before I even had the thought of taking a picture of it. Mac and Cheese with Brisket (had to get it before the brisket left the menu), chicken waaangs, heirloom tomato corn salad, peach lemonade, cocktails - the whole deal. Not only was the food gorgeous, the people behind the bar were too. THEY made the experience - Adelaide and Tapps, hats off to you 🙌🏽, 12/10 would recommend you as human beings. I had so much fun getting to know you and hearing about Snoqualmie Falls, the bank (don’t forget about Robbery Days 🙃), and your stories. I will be back, probably sooner than later. If you’re thinking of going here, do it. You won’t be disappointed. Thanks Dave (and more importantly, Thelma), for creating and having heart in your food. It shows in the people you hire, the space you’ve created (shout out to the squirrel) and food you dream up.

Came to grab some brisket because of the other reviews, and can’t believe this is what people are raving about. I had to come look at other pictures and reviews to make sure we were at the right place after a few bites.

The brisket was incredibly dry and overcooked, we had to drown it in the sauce to make it passable. Pulled pork was also dry like it had been sitting in a heating tray for days. The sides were the only thing saving it, and even then, nothing to write home about.

Quaint location with friendly, quick service. Unfortunately, the brisket was almost as dry as the cornbread. The meat wasn’t juicy at all and needed to be lathered in sauce just to revive it. The cornbread was like one of those silica packets that absorb all moisture, and the cold butter it was served with didn’t help.

However, the mac and cheese was a godsend—al dente noodles, velvety sauce, and plenty of cheese stretch. The collard greens were wonderfully zesty and vinegary (which I love). The potato salad was delicious too—flavorful without being overly mayo-y. The pulled pork was great—juicy and tender.

They have a small parking lot, but it fills up quickly. The interior of the restaurant is also extremely small, so your best bet is to eat outside on their covered patio.

There's always delicious food and friendly staff at Buckshot Honey. Their niche in the BBQ world are the fantastic sandwiches, pairing perfectly smoked meat with a variety of other ingredients to form the stars of the menu. Don't overlook the specials; sous chef Taps is given the freedom to incorporate his Filipino heritage and create truly unique dishes that never fail to delight, such as the smoked chicken thigh sandwich with smoked peach chutney, chimichurri, and tomato jam (I ordered it without cheese & mayo).

I am an Indiana girl who has tasted several pork sandwiches, but this is the best pork sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. You’ve got to get the chimichurri pork sandwich. It is out of this world!

Went yesterday which was probably my fourth time. I’ve usually been impressed with the food. I know the place is highly rated and often sells out but I was unhappy with this visit.

I got the Dave’s Way, a side of collards and a Georgetown Brewery draft.

With tax it came to over $35. That’s insane.

The $19 sandwich was good but probably half the size it was when I first went to this place. Shouldn’t a $19 sandwich include a side? Just saying.

Also, it might me time to take down the plastic Covid barrier in front of the cashier.

Not going back.

Went and floated the Snoqualmie river and needed some food before the drive home. Friend recommended this BBQ place and it did not disappoint. Had the street corn and it was delicious. My husband got the brisket mac and cheese and it was amazing. I got the Dave's way and they let me sub for a potato bun and it wad the best brisket sammich I've had in WA state. We also got the watermelon mint lemonade and it hit the spot after basking in the sun all day. The staff was also amazing and friendly. Will totally go eat there again.

Okay, Buckshot Honey. I see you. The reason toothpicks were invented was so that I could enjoy just a bit more of that barbecue. And the sauces? Thank the LAWD that we can now buy some to take home! And last but not least, the drunks!!! Nothing beats these cocktails. Probably the best in Snoqualmie for drinks and the best BBQ in the PNW. Dave... stay squirrely

Great food, fun atmosphere, lovely staff, and yum! I don’t have photos as I was lunching with 2 seniors & attending to them. Sat outside by the big smoker and I recommend that. The brisket is so juicy and good! We tried Uncle Phil sando, the salad, burnt ends chili, & collard greens. The challah bread the Uncle Phil is on is really good! The collards are great & they’re different since not made with pork (or any meat) but I loved this approach. Chili was good with homemade chili crisp to make spicier. Owner & BBQ tender were very kind & answered questions about how it’s made. I loved the pickled veggies in the salad but my midwestern-raised mom was a little wary of ‘em. Front end lady super sweet. In a cool building in cute town. Fun visit! Will have to try their place in Cashmere too! Thanks!
