Frankie's Pizza

Customer service is definitely not a priority here. The food is fine but we had an unfortunate experience with the service on a take order a few weeks ago. We ordered online and received a confirmation email with an estimated pick up time. When I arrived, at the time indicated on the order email, the employee at the counter couldn't find our order. Another employee, presumably a manager came and looked and told me they failed to acknowledge our order and hadn't started making it yet. I ended up waiting another 25 minutes with my three kids in their cramped storefront space. I understand that things happen and wouldn't have been bothered by it, except that the employees didn't even apologize. Since the error was on their end, it wouldn't gone so much farther if they had apologized for the delay. I followed up with an email to the contact address on their website to let them know about the incident and never heard back. With so many other great options in the valley I'm really surprised at their total lack of customer service. We won't be ordering here again.

Slow service, workers aren’t putting effort into Making sure people receive their orders in a timely matter. Employees on their phones or have AirPods in while they work and don’t hear questions.
Estimates for how long the order will take are wrong, if you order here, double or triple the estimated time and expect that. Honestly disappointed, I don’t usually write negative reviews.

People are very rude. I’ve called. They said 45 minutes. It took an hour and a half don’t care but don’t be rude on the phone. I was just asking. HB

There is no place to dine in, but the Pizza was really good. It was also ready very quickly .

There's only 4 seats inside and a couple tables outside, but don't let that hold you back! The pizza was absolutely delicious! Me and my wife got 2 different 8" pizzas for lunch and traded half, both were equally fantastic and different.

Pizza is not bad for the area. The staff is very friendly. It's more like 3.5 stars, not 3.

Don’t get their half and half pizzas they’re never half and half. Most of the time I can’t eat two of my slices because half of the slices are the other

We got 12 Pizzas from this place for a birthday party.They delivered it on-time, and their Pizzas were really delicious. All of our guests liked them.
