the food was just blah and extremely overpriced. the service was terrible. there’s no bathrooms. we ordered the crab fettuccine at $33 the proportion for that price was small and the bread was like a kid size bite. very small amount of crab. the kids fettuccine was bland and the menus said it’s $6.50 i was charged $7.50 and when questioned i was told its not $6.50 yeah, nobody told me that when I was handed the menu. I was only told that when I looked at my bill. the ruben sandwich was not good. The waitress was extremely rude. The lemonade was terrible. It tasted like water And when we asked to switch the lemonade for a soda, she huffed and puffed and just stared at it and was like OK never once did she check on us didn’t come back to bring me my bill and didn’t offer me a box… nothing. won’t be back.

We usually order takeout, but I like the food - steak is reasonably priced. All good.

We've always liked infusion but I doubt we'll ever go back. The prices on the menu are not what they charge. My group ordered two $8 margaritas, but we're charged $9 plus $2.50 for the tequila. The bill had a $3 surcharge for paying with a card as opposed to cash.

When the friend who reviewed the bill asked about it, the waiter (a very nice guy who's been there for several years) tried to explain, and acknowledged that the menu prices are outdated and they have to add surcharges and that's how their system works blah blah blah.

He made adjustments to the bill, taking off about $9, which was more than 10% above what we should have been charged in the first place.

If there were a sticker on the menu saying prices were a bit higher because of rising costs, or the server told us that upfront, we would have understood and been fine with it. But this is absolutely unacceptable and Infusion's owners should be ashamed of themselves. This is no way to treat customers and is probably illegal.

We went there tonight and ordered food and 2 house margaritas ($8 on the appetizer menu - Mondays and Tuesdays). Should have been $16. We noticed a charge of $18 for the margaritas with an added $5 upcharge (so $7 more than what we should be paying). We brought it to the waiter’s attention. He came back with a new check and no explanation (which, to me, is a bit of a red flag). I asked what had happened and why we had been charged $9 instead of $8 and why we were charged an extra $5. He fumbled around with his words and tried to say that his till system works weirdly and he has to press a liquor button and then press another one and then it just inserts those numbers. I asked why we were charged $9 and not $8 and he said that the menu was wrong and he had told management so many times about so many different things but they don’t ever listen etc etc. I reminded him that it doesn’t really matter if the menu is incorrect and that they need to be prepared to honor that price. I then asked again about why he added $5 to the $9 x 2 drinks charge. He fumbled around again with his words and tried to over explain some complicated system they have. Not buying it! You were clearly caught in a lie. Also, there was an extra charge for using a credit card. They added $3+ if we were to use our card. I asked a different server about it and she said ‘oh most places around here are like that.’ I might not have an American accent but I live here, and no, most places around here do NOT do that. I have yet to visit any other restaurant on the ridge that does that. Anyway, it was a very disappointing experience and we won’t be back. I would suggest to everyone who goes here that you double check your bill because it felt like they were trying to add charges in the hope that we didn’t spot them. $10 extra on our bill. I hope the owner sees this review and looks into this.
I’ve added a photo of the menu which shows the $8 house margarita price on the bottom of the menu.

My recent experience was unfortunately disappointing. The service fell significantly short of expectations. Our waiter struggled with basic tasks, forgetting to bring several items we ordered. We had to repeatedly remind him and even then he looked confused and bothered. He did not pour water, nor did he refill our glasses throughout the meal. He also failed to check on our table to ensure everything was satisfactory.
The food itself was mediocre at best.

We had an amazing experience at Infusion today with our hockey team around noon. Despite being a large group of about 28 people, the restaurant accommodated us with ease, making sure everyone was comfortable. The service was outstanding—efficient, friendly, and attentive from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and everything was handled smoothly. If you're looking for a place with excellent service and a great atmosphere, I highly recommend Infusion!

I visited on March 1/25 with family. The experience was not ideal. We visited the bar hoping to watch the Kraken game but our request to change the channel from a basketball game no one was paying attention to was not taken seriously. The service was very bad from start to finish and the server had a public meltdown after a customer complained ab
out his bad customer service. We left within 30 and didn't order. Would not recommend this place.

Fantastic menu, Five Star.
Great atmosphere and high ceilings. Plus, great karaoke host makes it my favorite place.

Lunch with delicious coffee and the spicy Wildcat Burger. The Chile Colorado was so NOM. I will have to go next year for the Halloween festivities- it looks like they do it right!

Good beer and fries. Club sandwich was not very good. Fun Halloween decorations. Waitress must have been practicing for a haunted house, because she was a ghost the whole time we were there.
