MOD Pizza

So pizza is fine. Staff is decent about 50% of the time and rude the other 50%. But, they are consistently late when I order for pickup via their online system. They are constantly running 15mins behind…which would be fine I wasn’t in a rush with hungry kids and ordered at least an hour before I needed to get the order. If my kids don’t like the gluten free crust as much as they do, I would not come here again.

MOD pizza never fails. I was more impressed by the staff here! The service was probably the best service I’ve had at a MOD location and I’ve been to many!

Food at MOD is legit. Their BBQ Chicken pizza is one of my favs. The people working there are generally great too. All around, a dope pizza spot.

To be fair, I have had a couple of issues so marking them down a star. I had a pizza I drove home with the box on the seat. Grease leaked through the box and ruined the apolstery on my passenger seat. They offered to detail that seat, but thats a huge inconvenience. No other compensation offered. I also ordered ahead 90 minutes several weeks ago for a take out order. They were super busy so my order took 40 minutes past my original pick up time. If you're going to do order ahead you've got to do a better job of estimating order times. You can't leave people with hungry kids in the car waiting like that. They refunded the order, but it took some annoying back amd forth.

Great pizza, great staff in-store, but their customer service after the fact leaves something to be desired.

Stopped here for lunch when we were craving a quick, customizable pizza. This was a great choice.

The staff was friendly and efficient, and the ordering process was smooth even during a busy time. Ingredients were fresh, and the pizza came out hot with a good balance of our selected customized toppings.

The atmosphere is casual and clean, making it a nice spot for a fast meal. Took off one star only because the pizza could’ve used a bit more crisp on the crust - but overall, a great experience and we’d definitely come back.

Not sure how you mistake BBQ sauce for ranch when it's written on a ticket right in front of your face. As you can imagine it made my pizza and stomach gross.

We are staying at the Snoqualmie Inn, had we known how close we actually were, we would have just gone to Mod instead of doing delivery.
We instead ordered on line and Door dash delivered.
It took the 30 minutes they said it would.
We ordered the extra crisp crust that Mod offers.
We met the driver down stairs at the hotel.
The pizzas were,
cold, soft and BURNT.
We were so hungry and so disappointed.
I tried to call and was on hold for 15 minutes. No answer.
The next day we went to the store with our left over pizza to tell them in person how disappointed we were.
We spoke to Matt, the manager on duty, he was very apologetic for our issues with our order the night before.
He recreated our order from the night before and added a few extras.
He did us a solid and changed our opinion of Mod pizza.
In doing this he definitely changed for the better, the outcome of this diners review.
We appreciate that Mat and Mod pizza took care of us.

Most likely my last time ordering from this location. Religiously late every time so I even went to the extent to wait until after my estimated pickup time to leave my house, and when I arrived my food was still not even in the oven ( I had ordered 25 minutes prior ), and the location was quite empty only 2 tables had people.

My question would be what wouldn't you like about MOD pizza? Build your own pizza having any combination possible. Compounded with a friendly and helpful staff.

eddie g was so polite and and caring. he ensured my mega cookie was cooked to perfection and to mod standards. i would 100% recommend asking for eddie to craft and flame your magnificent masterpiece!
