Nice staff, clean.

Last time the dish we got was super flavorful, this time pretty bland. Also they ask for the tip at time of ordering but we never actually got any “service” after receiving our meal.

Love this spot! My partner and I just moved into the apartments nearby, and up on the ridge, this is hands down our favorite quick spot to grab food! The ramen is so tasty and the ingredients are super fresh. Do yourself a favor and get the pot stickers, they rule!

New to the area, we were wanting warm comfort food and ramen sounded perfect. We ordered to go and chatted with Shane - He was so so nice! His recommendation of the spicy army ramen was delicious and flavorful. I enjoyed their kimchi, it was a great balance between sour and a mild/med spice level. We loved the kimchi pancake as well. My husband and I both see this place being in our regular rotation ?

Holy cow. My bestie and I stopped in on a whim on the way to go camping. We ordered the croquettes, the tteokbokki, and the bulgogi bibimbap. Everything, and I mean everything, we ate was delicious. The homemade kimchi was spicy and sour. The pork in the bibimbap was so tender and flavorful and the soy ginger sauce made it even better. The tteokbokki was sweet and spicy and all of the flavors and textures were so well balanced it was really a joy to eat. I would come back here in a heartbeat.

There is nothing better on a cold, rainy day than a bowl of ramen from Ridge Cupbop & Ramen! The staff and owner are so friendly and the food is consistently fantastic. Everything on the menu is so good that I often have a hard time deciding what to order!

This is one of my top 3 restaurants in the valley. Great selection of dishes and good portion sizes for the price. I can't think of even a tiny complaint.
