The barista Cameron was so incredibly rude and made me feel like an inconvenience for just placing an order. I feel bad for leaving a bad review because the other two baristas working were absolutely amazing! Loved the girl with the bright colorful hair and the curly haired guy that made personal connections with every customer that entered and made the store feel so welcoming! Wish Cameron would learn a thing or two about customer service from the other employees.

Friendly staff and clean cafe! Hard to ask for more - definitely a good Starbucks spot! I could sit here and work for a few hours.

This location in particular has amazing service and employees who have now problem re-doing a drink if they messed up on accident. They are always apologetic and interact with others like they are humans and not on some sort of script they have to follow.

The barista wont customize my drink! What the hell?

Great place to get on your computer and get work done. People are very friendly and they are not going to bother you if you don't want to purchase something. You can just make yourself at home plug in and connect. Highly recommend this place.

This is the first ever time I got cheapest customer service. I used to work at Starbucks and I know how good training starbucks provides to its employees to connect with customers better. Starbucks is very much against racism but I’m very disappointed that I didn’t feel safe just because of One Barista (curly brown hair, did not remember the name) I can’t believe this happened to me at Starbucks, very sad.

I don’t know where to begin with this review. From the moment when we walked in, we were treated like less than human. We were told to pick up our trash (pencils & a notebook that we we were actively using). If that wasn’t enough we looked up to see an employee hovering over us holding a camera to our FACE. I have no clue what was done with that image nor do I even want to know. Has sitting at a Starbucks minding our business become an offense????? This is unacceptable.

Please just stop talking to each other and work. We don’t place mobile orders to sit around and wait while you talk about your friend’s social media. They didn’t even start my order until I asked where it was, 5 minutes after its expected time.

Nice neighborhood coffee shop. The new manager Brain has made several positive changes.The staff is always pleasant and says hello when you walk in and good bye when you leave. They also call you by name and are willing to make suggestions depending on your ask.All in all, it’s one of the better Starbucks in Seattle since Brain arrived!!!
