Unrateable. Negative. Do not recommend.

My mother couldn't walk because of an accident that got her leg debilitated and yet the tall bearded manager whose name we weren't able to get due to shock was being awfully rude when we requested for a drink to be changed, telling us she should have went up to the cashier directly. Not only was this disrespectful but we also suspect racist tendencies as we were the only Asians at the branch at the time. All the others were able to get proper service so it leads us to question why we were the only ones at the receiving end of his animosity. I hope the store would be able to handle this better in the future. It is disappointing and displeasing that we encounter such a thing in the so called home of the best coffee. Do better.

Store #49368 train your employees well. I wonder how someone with an inhospitable attitude was able to be promoted.

Was there around 2:30pm @ store #49368 Snoqualmie Washington area. male barista with curly hair to his ears with long beard wasn't good at all, after ordering our drinks I forgot I wanted trenta instead of grande, so we were trying to get his attention he kept ignoring us and then finally he said he'll be right back, we knew for sure the drinks wasn't made yet and when he got back I told him I wanted to change my drink to trenta and he lied saying the drinks are done which it wasn't and he wanted me to pay another drink to make trenta which was unreasonable. He suck , he didn't look happy worker. Customers should be happy right from when they order the drinks to leaving the store but we left unhappy. He's name wasn't clear on his name tag all we could see was just it starts with R.. whoever employee he is he sucks.

This is literally the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. If I could have gotten out of the drive-thru line I would have.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. It was the worst Starbucks I have ever been too. The people working were so mean I just left and didn’t get anything. They were being so racist to my cousin and refusing to serve us at first. I am just in disbelief.

Very bad behaved manager! Unfortunately she doesn’t seem like she is aware of service dog policy of Starbucks. She was acting like we were lying on saying that we have our service dog, even if we have the doctor report. Also was talking to other customer about service dog owners by lying. She needs to be some other world ? we need more dogs in this world ? sorry, not to be mean.

Rude behavior from the manager against service animal owners. Before me I watched a conversation between the manager and a service dog owner. She did several sarcasm against the service animal owner which looked obvious that the owner was frustrated. The manager needs coaching or the lady needs some coaching.

This Starbucks in Safeway really needs to pay attention to training their employees. They seem like dysfunctional and poorly trained group of people. There were 3 people working today, but it took really long to get our order.They make mistakes or forget about items, then have to re-do it, taking even longer and holding the line.I almost felt bad for these three young individuals, I mean did you get at least a basic training?

Most of the items are not available! And the breakfast sandwich is getting more and more boring (like pic!) might as well close these stores if supply chain is a problem! It’s like eating cardboard with salt! Drab!
