I’m local to this store and spend a lot in food and drinks here. The service has gone downhill in the last year+ and many of the baristas are, generally speaking, unmotivated to help or offer excellent customer service (there are a few regulars that do a good job). Orders are wrong frequently, and I’ve had all kinds of issues (drinks disappearing or being buried under mobile orders, wrong orders being charged to my app). Getting resolution is always a challenge and you feel more like a burden than a valued customer. I’d love to see this store turn it around, they can do a lot better.

The worst starbucks I've went jeeezzzz, that male staff with beard has very bad behavior, so insensitive to a female customer who's unable to walk due to injury (which is obvious) and couldnt walk straight to the cashier to upgrade her drink which is only few seconds aftr her companion ordered the drink! he even lied that he already made the drink but NO! we can see! it even took more minutes of waiting for that drink! he even utterred "you should have come to the cashier" when he can see it clearly that she has a bandage on her foot! so insensitive man!

I walked in and ordered and was told " I'm sorry we can't take your money " I said that ok I will go somewhere else. I'm Egyptian/italian..... is it because I'm not white enough like I don't know how you run a business when you turn cash away? Is it a race thing is it a personal thing I was in there 5mins and was told we can help you. Or we don't serve your kind here vide. Fine I will tell everyone to boycott all star bucks. I work in junk Removal so I am happy to tell all my customers and friends family strangers on the street and the stores all over the states for as long as I live you will never get anymore of my money.

Don't go there. My kids just went to get the advertised discount and Brett there behaved like a jerk, refusing to give it to them, didn't explain he needed a membership (which I have, yet I was waiting in a card), refusing to fix the issue or even apologize when I went in to understand what happened.
Staff across the road is much more friendly and attentive.

I ordered Mocha Frappuccino, and it did not taste good. I think they missed few ingredients. I was already far away when I tasted and had no chance to go back. I don't think I will come back on this location.
