The service was strange. Apparently, we were not ordering fast enough, and so the cashier started getting annoyed at us. Her voice was getting louder and louder. I'm not sure if she was still talking on her headphones or just couldn't hear us, but she was snapping at my kids to tell her the veggies we wanted on the sub. There was no one else in the store, so i don't understand her behavior, and it's not like we didn't know what to order either. It's was not a pleasant experience

Food is good and restaurant is clean and well lit. I’m knocking off stars because they don’t accept any coupons or coupon codes. I live very close and get their flyer in the mail but literally none of the codes on their own flyer are accepted at this location.

Kid-friendliness: Plenty of seating for families and feels safe.

Staff listening to headphones both ears, no smile, no greeting, no I'll be with you in a minute while I make 6 online sandwich orders, waited 10 minutes to order. No thank you see you next time, not much care in making sandwich, place has/is going downhill. Pitty because it used be a great shop with pleasant atmosphere and cheerful staff. I'll go again but my expectations are 3 star. And no I'm not tipping anything when that's what I get for customer service.
