I wasn’t planning to leave a public review, but the owner’s sarcastic response to my honest feedback changed my mind.
I took advantage of Subway’s deal of buy one footlong, get another for $1 by ordering through the Subway app (so yes, I have proof of what I ordered). Unfortunately, what I received was far from acceptable. I asked for pepper jack cheese, got provolone. I requested less tomatoes and received none. There was literally one slice of cucumber, a few strands of onion, and overall the sub was made with zero interest.
When I called the restaurant to resolve the issue, I was just told to come back in person, call the same number again, and they’d give me a free sub. Let’s be honest no one is going to remember or keep track of that. They also said they will send me a number to text the photo but that never happened.
To make matters worse, the owner's response to my feedback on the Subway app essentially implied that because I only paid $1 for the second sub, I should be grateful for anything. That level of sarcasm is not only unprofessional but also shows a complete disregard for customer experience.
If you’re going to run promotions, make sure you treat all customers with the same standard of quality and respect - whether they paid full price or took advantage of a deal. If you are unhappy about a promotion don't run it at your location. If you don't like people adjusting 'more' or 'less' provide feedback to the corporate to not offer that option either. I didn’t pay $1 for trash food or attitude; I paid for a sandwich just like any other customer.

my issues not with the store itself, but the subway app. It is not user-friendly and could wind up getting somebody sick or sent to the hospital. It amazes me that you can’t make changes to your favorites if you forget to take something off and there’s no way to delete your favorite either. I tried to talk to Sammy, the subway, smart chat, and it couldn’t help me because my message was way too long because they only allow 250 characters. Which is ridiculously short. Based on my experience, I’m deciding on whether or not to just delete the app and not eat a Subway sandwich ever again. I can’t believe the app is so poorly made. Great brand, poor app.

Great service, guy behind the table was fast and we had a great conversation. I had my sandwich in under 3 minutes!
But I parked behind the lot and was given a parking ticket or tow ticket, said I was taking VIP parking spaces. Some lady in a Ford explorer was mad that I parked in the parking lot. Something about the day care, not sure where I should park as I parked 12 inches from the door of the subway.
Most annoying part, is the tape she used I can't get off my window.

Ordered two Beast subs and a large drink . Cost me $44. The employee who made my sandwich put half of the amount of meat that is supposed to be on the Beast sandwich. So in the end I paid about 10 extra dollars for extra meat and didn't get it. Have not been to Subway in a decade but certainly won't be back considering that with tax and tip to Subway sandwiches and a drink cost me about $50. Insane!
Says they close at 9:30 it’s 9:06. Disappointing to drive there and not honor the time

Great people that work here needed a quick bite and bread was fresh.
The only downfall is the crazy person in an Explorer that runs you down and says parking is only for the daycare! She added this tow sticker to the car afterwards

Staff unaware of menu items, asked for cold cut combo and got I only got one type of meat (he didnt know the meat type he was putting in the sandwich either) then continued to argue when I insisted the combo included multiple meat items. Since the sandwich recipe is no longer on menu I tried to show them the online subway recipe. No change in stance from employee. Better training needed.
I went here on a mission. With a coupon. This coupon had the power to buy 2 sandwiches for a lower price. A very powerful coupon. When I got there, my buddy and I bought two 'Boss' sandwiches. When we tried to use the coupon, we were told that this coupon doesn't apply to 'Boss' Sandwiches, even though it was not on the list of excluded sandwiches printed plainly on the coupon. I asked them if they could double check. They confirmed this was not the coupon for these sandwiches. Sheer devastation.
After I picked up the pieces of my shattered heart, I checked in the app to see if this coupon applied to 'Boss' sandwiches for other locations. It did. Then I checked this particular location, where I saw this location just does not accept this coupon at all. If you are on a coupon quest, this is not the place for you.
The company I work for ordered ahead for lunch on 4/10/25 and when my co-worker went to pick up the food, the subway worker, stood on his phone and only got the sandwiches ready and didn't put out drinks or the cookies and chips ordered, over all it was a disappointing experience and we won't be ordering ahead from Subway again to say the least.
My son had a field trip and asked me to buy his lunch from Subway. The day before, I checked the opening hours and was happy to see that the store would open at 8:30 AM, which gave me enough time to get his sandwich.
However, when we arrived at 8:40 AM, the door was still locked, even though the sign on the door clearly stated 8:30 AM as the opening time. The staff member inside saw us but signaled that they wouldn’t open until 9:00 AM—despite both Google Maps and the store’s own schedule showing 8:30 AM!
This completely ruined our plans and my son’s mood, as I had to urgently find an alternative lunch for him at the last minute. I try to provide healthy food choices, but occasionally allow treats so my kids can enjoy themselves. Now, I have one more reason NEVER to return to this location!
