Rough night trying to get Thai food on a rare date night with my wife. She requested Thai takeout, so I placed an online order at 5:30 p.m. and went to pick it up at 5:50. I was told it wouldn’t be ready for another 15–20 minutes, so I went back home since we live nearby.
I returned at 6:20 p.m. to check on my order when it should have been ready. Things went downhill when a man behind the counter started yelling at the woman who had told me when my food would be ready, scolding her for “giving me an estimate.” He then turned on me, insisting I didn’t understand how online ordering works and that I should wait for an email.
That’s exactly what I did: I ordered food, received an email telling me when it would be ready, and showed up accordingly. There’s no excuse for taking frustration out on customers or staff. He then barked at the people behind me that it would be over an hour before they could eat at one of the tables.
I’m not someone who looks for conflict, but this was over the top. I asked him to cancel my order, which he did without hesitation—and was clear my food was nowhere close to being ready.
It’s clear why this place was closed for an extended time. They need to stop accepting online orders if they cannot manage them, and the guy behind the counter should not be in a customer-facing role. The problem is not the order was taking longer, the problem is the attitude and the unnecessary confrontations that never needed to happen.
I’m not paying $60 for food while tolerating an aggressive attitude. You made a scene in your own restaurant.

Here is where I gave 3 stars in service - The staff here is NOT the friendliest, RESPECTFULLY! They have an attitude all the time and god forbid you have something wrong with your order.. one time they literally slammed my plate down because they messed up on our order LOL... also another time they got mad that I asked for extra peanut sauce for ONE fresh roll and tried charging 5 dollars for it.. After I told them I only need a tiny bit.. I didnt mind paying extra for it.. but 5 dollars for like 8oz ?? I didnt need that much LOL..
I did get to get a meal the day before they left for Thailand and they where actually really nice then! I would be too if I was leaving America, I was going to ask them if I can come HA.
Overall, food is fantastic so that's why we come back, service is fast but staff is not the friendliest.. so if you don't mind a little tude with your Pad Thai than I recommend! Also, If you want to go outside to eat, expect them to say no LOL. Other than that, go try it, its YUM.

This place is great for take-out, but the service might be terrible if you dine in. I have eaten here 20+ times and brought 10+ people in, but I had a terrible experience today. There is a middle aged guy who I see there all the time, who is not a server (thankfully) but brings food out and gets to go orders ready who was terribly rude to me today. I will unfortunately not be able to come back after this experience. I hope that angry guy seeks a therapist, or at least a different job. He is clearly a miserable person and in need of help.

The food is good but the service not too much, so many workers and no one to help with my tab and no water refills, i also ordered two orders of dumplings and was only given one and charged two. I ordered a bottled coke zero and was given a cup with ice and they filled it for me and kept the rest in their fridge another lady ordered a canned soda and was only given half of the can and they kept the rest. Would not come back as i feel they are very stingy and don't have the best service.

I am so disappointed in the owners here. We were promised a pad Thai for a screwed up pick up order a few months back. We called in and supposedly it was put under our account. I went to use it and it wasn’t there and they didn’t honor reimbursing us for food we never received.
Our server was kind and tried her hardest, but the owners said no. We won’t be back, so they lost multiple customers. Shame, the food is good. I hope they feel good for stealing $16 and losing long term customers.

When we sat down at the table, the server gave out water, and two people’s waters had greasy lip stains on them before drinking it. The food was normal tasting and the server was polite.

Overall, this place isn’t that good. The workers here are very rude, and don’t know what is going on. The food was good, and was nothing wrong with it. Also, they added 20 percent tip for people that have 6 or more people. So they added the tip, but there was only five of us. She tried to slick with it, trying to charge us extra money for no reason. I was pretty sure it was on purpose also, because it was pretty clear there was only 5. When I removed the tip, she just rolled her eyes. This place is good if you just want food, but I wouldn’t want to come here again.

The food was great but the workers were not too friendly. It was hard to grab their attention and they rarely checked in on us. The bathroom was also very unsanitary. Another major issue was their tipping situation. On the menu it says “Party of 6 guests or more will automatically have 20% tip on their receipt”. We were clearly a party of 5 and they decided to secretly slip in the tip in hopes we charge even more tip. The attitude that we received after was very unprofessional of them.

The BEST Panang curry! I always order extra panang sauce on the side so I can drink it. 😁 a 2 is the right spice level.
The Drunken noodles are great too. Wide noodles with veggies and egg. Amazing flavor.
The roti bread is one of our favorites too.
We typically order to-go as we just drive through the area. If you order or go in on a Friday or Saturday night the wait can be an hour. They are that popular.
