Sarah was incredibly sweet—she reassured her, didn’t charge her, and made her feel so welcome. I want to leave my comment after the last visit to this building, my children and I want to come here from time to time because the children want this ice cream, but every time I approach the door of this establishment I wonder if they wash all the ice cream equipment in the same way as this door and the tables in the establishment, the door is so dirty that it is unpleasant to open it, this is not a clothing store but a place where people come to eat, after the last visit to it, my youngest son had a stomach ache and an upset stomach and my husband almost immediately developed a runny nose. I very rarely leave comments but I will leave one here because I think that such establishments should monitor cleanliness. And so the ice cream here is very tasty and the staff is friendly. If this issue is addressed, we will buy this ice cream again, but for now there is no desire to buy it.

We came with a group of about 15 people at 8:15p on a Saturday evening (store hours sat open until 9p). Only 3 taps were working/not empty. The employee seemed annoyed that we were there. After only 4 small containers were filled, there was no frozen yogurt left. The employee was incredibly unhelpful and just said “well, guess they’re empty.” Very disappointed with the service and lack of product.

The frozen yogurt here is miles better than the old shop at this location. They have a truly astounding number of toppings to choose from and the yogurt is a pretty reasonable price. The staff are always friendly here! The outdoor seating and addition of an extra trash can outside is very thoughtful to keep litter down and not overflow the city trash cans.
Vegetarian options: Frozen yogurt is all vegetarian
Dietary restrictions: There are some dairy free sorbets and frozen yogurts
Parking: Some street parking but lots of parking in the parking lot behind the shop

I'm on my way there now, I haven't entered yet I've been in a lot of frozen yogurt shops in the area, but none of the shops had regular yogurt flavor, meaning some are wild cow cheesecake and a lot more. In conclusion, I hope there will be a normal name
They have many good choices of frozen yogurt as well as a good topping selection! Customer service was awesome! :)

Pretty disappointed that today (July 13th 2024 around 6:30Pm well before closing) after a tiring hike on Snoqualmie falls in came by to cool off, rehydrate and get some sugars because it’s the only smoothie place around and the storefront was open but nobody was inside the store. Several customers used the self serve machines waited to pay and had no choice but left (as they couldn’t leave cash) and I waited close to 15 minutes without anyone showing up. I’m not sure the the store closed and forgot to lock up or if there was an emergency (if there was I’ll take this review down) but 0 stars for any service. Very disappointed with the employees working this location to abandon it on peak weekend hours

Came here with my family today, everything was really nice especially the cashier, we were able to exchange information about hit visual novel katawa shoujo and age of empiers 2 strategy >_< he was very nice. Albeit when we sat we heard belurussian laughter from inside the walls which was somewhat strange ;_;
