Cool and cozy restaurant but all the food was cold. We kindly asked our steaks to be reheated as they were also a little rare and they came back still cold. Wagyu flight— not only cold but cuts a little thin. The restaurant had a good vibe overall and it's not like the food was inedible, just a bit disappointing for a $300 date night.
We ordered pan-seared scallops and shrimp scampi...both were excellent! The scallops were delicious and delightful...not over-cooked. Shrimp scampi was a joy! I would suggest Vista at Snoqualmie is a must-try if you are seeking are looking for a great ambience along with great food. I would highly recommend!
I decided to celebrate my 60th birthday at Vista. I had an amazing birthday despite a disappointing visit. Cheers
Our server seemed put out to have to serve our table. He was messy serving our food. He pulled my wine glass without asking if I wanted wine with dinner. The food was amazing but with the service being mediocre made the whole thing off putting.
Wait staff was top notch, but restaurant had hvac issues and was like an icebox. The staff were in the back trying to stay warm. My spouse ordered the prime ribeye, which was less than prime. At medium rare, the steak was tough and chewy. At the end of the meal, Vista did comp the entree. I've dined here on two other occasions for business, and both times the food was spectacular and prepared exactly as ordered. Disappointed with this experience as it was with my spouse and I talked it up...
Service was great. Friendly and personable. Asparagus spears were large and cooked perfectly. Mushroom melody was excellent. Both were plenty for two people maybe even four. We also split the three ribeye 5 ounce each platter. The meat was very good, but I could not taste too much difference between two of the three. Maybe it was just me. Still it was worth doing once. The view from our table was not of the valley so that was disappointing, especially since it was our 25th wedding anniversary. Would we do it again? Yes, but I would make sure we had a table with a view.
We had a fantastic experience. With especially want to than your manager Ryan who brought us a great personal experience - plus an excellent suggestion for our wine with dinner! We thank Ryan and team - we will be back!
We order Caesar salad, Chateaubriand and bananas, foster. which all were beautifully prepared tableside. Service was excellent.
The best Caesar Salad you’ll ever have! The food is always amazing, and the variety of Wagyu steak options — from Japanese A5 to American and Australian — is a real treat to try. Absolutely worth every penny!

Our dinner at Vista was so amazing starting with our excellent server, Tyler (request him!!), to our dinner which was sublime!! Noticing the table side Caesar presentation for 2 or more while we were dining and loving our whole experience there, we actually booked the next night on OpenTable before leaving the restaurant! We requested Tyler once again because his attention to detail was spot on and the way he communicated where we were at each stage of the dinner was so professional and appreciated even though they were busy!! The Caesar salad presentation did not disappoint!! The filet mignon was cooked to perfection! Vista is a gem!!

the place to go for great food. can gamble, have a great meal and stay the night at their new beautiful hotel.
Food was outstanding and delicious-loved watching The shrimp scampi being cooked right at our table. The chef cooking was awesome and very friendly. Waiter was quite slow-did not ask if we would like something to drink until he came to take our order-slow returning, never asked if we would like another. Wish our table would have had a better view-e we were celebrating our anniversary and could not see anything accept the people at the table in front of us. The caramels at the end of the meal are absolutely amazing!! Wish they sold them also.
We enjoyed dinner at Vista Prime Steaks & Seafood. Our server Brian was great! Food was very good. However, I recommend that the restaurant close the door to the casino area to cut down on the smoke. We just were passing through for dinner, knew casino's can be smokey, but just recommend using the door to decrease the impact of cigarette smoke while dining.
Extremely long wait, untrained and unexpierienced waiter who did not make our anniversary a good one, no communication, focused only on 1 of his tables, kept apologizing for his slow service but just kept getting worse, had to flag other staff down to get drinks refilled or reordered, extremely disappointing expierience for the price
Enjoyed our wedding anniversary dinner with friends. Highly recommend the seafood tower-5 stars!
