My boyfriend surprised me with a trip here. The food and service was absolutely amazing. The pasta was the closest I've ever had to true italian pasta in the states. Light and full of flavor. Tried a delicious wine as well. Highly recommend!

This is the best restaurant in the area bar none. My family lived in Moses Lake for a year and Cucina do Sophia was our #1 go to restaurant. Get the salads. All of them are fantastic. Our fav pizza is the Brazilian pepperoni (with spicy oil). The chicken with potatoes is delicious (serves 2 easily). The steak, although pricy, is incredible. Highly recommend! Yes, do call ahead for reservations.

We have gone SO many times. Everything is ALWAYS amazing. 1000% would recommend to anyone. Their food is absolutely delicious, especially their Crostini and their Alfredo (with any pasta)! They are by RESERVATION only, so make sure you call ahead of time. It’s worth all the hype it gets.

Amazing 👏 so delicious 😋 😍. Must have reservation if you want to eat here. Seating is limited. So worth it. Sangria is out of this world. Had the mushroom ravioli!!!! Omg! Pepperoni and onions appetizers! Can't get enough. Every food item is wonderfully prepared from scratch. Olive oil for dipping is out of this world 🌎. Get ready to spend some $$$$$! But well worth it 👌 get steak prices before ordering 😉. The waiter is pretty good about letting you know the price. Also the tip is included in your bill. I like this. 👍 enjoy your day

I have travelled all over the US and world for work and vacation, and I would have never guessed that a small restaurant in a tiny town in Eastern Washington would have the absolute best filet mignon I've ever had...I'm not kidding when I say that this was the absolute best on earth, that I've ever had, and I've been to very high end restaurants around the world. Yes...it's very pricy, but the food overall at this restaurant is excellent and I highly recommend dining there.
