I got the chicken pad thai for takeout. The food was good but the portion was small for its price.

Best Thai food in south hill. Food is always fresh and service is amazing.

Food was pretty good. The service though was out of this world. Atmosphere was ok not to extravagant but not hole in the wall either. It was my first time eating Thai food and it was alright.

after trying all of the Thai restaurants in the area this my favorite Thai place.

My go to is their Panang curry (perfect, creamy, slightly spicy and right amount of basil flavour)and Pad thai(great balance of sweet and sour, I always get it with extra fried egg).

The place is very clean, and people are always friendly and welcoming

You always get your order very quickly

So much for being authentic. Charm Thai has gone whitewashed by adding sugar to everything. Spent $130.00 yesterday on what was no better than fast food. Terrible portions on the Larb gai. This Thai person will never go back. Save your money and find a different place.

Delicious food!

I usually always get crispy chicken at thai places but this place had chicken that was not properly cooked! Made me gag! And it was brown inside. Considering the prices I didn’t appreciate the food quality and had to toss the chicken entirely. Would not go back!

I like this place a lot, their Thai food is great! I usually get their house fried rice or pad Thai. Appetizers here are great too!

I did ask for 10 star spice on this and got absolutely no spice which is irritating but the food is still great.

Great pad Thai and the best yellow curry I've had in a long time. You have to check this place out. The service was fantastic too!

My husband and I just ate the best Thai food ever!! Massaman Curry was absolutely delicious. Pad Thai was perfect. Pineapple Pork Fried Rice was my favorite part of this meal! We are so excited to have found your wonderful family business and will be coming back over and over. The boy helping up front was such a delight and helpful! Thank you so much 🙏🏽

I found this little gem by accident. It’s tucked away in the back of the strip mall area so you wouldn’t know it’s there from the main street.
The food was outstanding and the service was great
The green chicken curry was delicious and very warming on a cool day. The heat level by stars was perfectly as described by the server and except what I was looking for.
Based on the modest price I was pleasantly surprised by the generous portion. This is definitely not going to break the bank and you will not leave hungry by any means.
There were several people picking up food to-go and calls coming in for orders while I was there around 3:00pm. I’m guessing the majority of their customers are returning.
The atmosphere is much like you would expect in a strip mall, nothing fancy, but seemed clean. (I do wish the back area and restroom were as clean. It only takes two minutes to clean the cooler doors and a clean restroom is a sign of a clean restaurant, people!)
Because of the flavors, price and service I will definitely make a point to stop back in again next time I’m in the area.

Updated: the last 2 times we've ordered from here the food has not been the same quality as before.
