Aceituno's Mexican Food Spanaway

The drive Tru staff was rude and forgetful when placing an order. When we asked for a manager's number we were told they weren't allowed to give us that information and that the manager was never in the restaurant.

Ordered combo, charged for it, but didn’t include the rice and beans with the combo. They almost always miss something on the order even when delivering. An on top of that, fish was overcooked and old with the tacos

Just ordered tacos for takeout and all my tacos were cold. How old are these tacos if they aren't even a little warm?

What in the heck has happened at the Spanaway location??? Last two visits the fish is WAY OVERCOOKED and not edible. Beef taco shell OVERCOOKED, and nothing inside. Get home, no hot sauce, flooded in white sauce, just gross. Your cooks need to pay attention!

Yesterday 02/08/2025 we ordered two Taco Boxes. We got 20 carne asada, 10 adobada and 10 grilled chicken street tacos. The street tacos, beans and rice all tasted amazing and fresh. We had nine adults and three little kids and there was enough food for everyone with a little left over. Considering we walked in and ordered in person, the wait time was minimal. Great service as well. Great job Aceituno’s. Everyone loved all the food.
Only complaint is that there wasn’t enough beans. I’m thinking next time we will request two thirds of the tray be beans and one third rice!

Insanely slow for fast food. Literally took 25 minutes for two burritos.

This place has gone way down hill. Last time the taco box was filled with tacos and meat and there were no toppings, it was bizarre. This time we ordered chips and salsa and there was no salsa. The food is terrible. We will not be back.

We frequently order for our staff meeting lunches from here! They are always so fast, the food is so fresh, the taco boxes are customizable and perfect for feeding a big group for a great price! The customer service is always amazing and the staff always looks forward to taco boxes. Thank you Aceituno’s in Spanaway!

I actually really love their breakfast burritos, and when I ask for the bacon to be crispy it is normally cooked all the way through, however... I ordered the space Needle burrito and just about every piece of bacon was straight fat. I wish I could post a picture because it looks absolutely disgusting

I hate that they can’t separate their burritos from their rice and beans. I want to eat my burrito like a burrito and I can’t when it’s all over the place. Their Chile relleno burrito is one tiny chile covered in rice and beans and wrapped in a tortilla. Their guac could be salted, and it sucks they don’t have queso. They asked us if we need napkins and utensils and after we said yes, we received 2 forks and 1 napkin for 3 meals. You’d be much better off finding a Memos near you
