Stop by today ordered the half pound meal ended up. Getting a little classic, instead of the half pound didn't realize it till I got home, didn't have time to go. Back. Won't go there again....

I haven't liked Arby's in recent years but my wife does. This location looked new and was very nice inside. The staff were fine. The classic roast beef I had was eaten out of necessity rather than enjoyment. It said it came with cheddar cheese but instead of a slice, it was basically that terrible goop that comes on natchos at some outdoor events. It tasted awful. I then noticed a little sweet flavor and saw that the underside of the bun had been slathered in some sort of gross dark sauce. How can they serve this food without any sign of something that was once alive like lettuce, tomato, and onion. And the meat, which I got doubled, had no sign of a meat-like texture. But the thin sliced meat did have Bubbles! Hey, who doesn't like bubbles? I guess that's what happens when you put animal flesh in a big blender, pour it into molds, cook it, and then slice thinly. A whopper, which I do like, is vastly superior. My Son had the Gyro which he said was pretty good although a little bland. The crinkle fries were pretty good and the curly fries were typical but on the better end of the scale.

Always late opening the front door. 10am. But this morning I waited 15 minutes n still locked while serving people in the drive through. Staff is usually slow. I'm going to stop coming to this Arby's. Tired of all the hastles. Good luck people! Management needs replacement.
Went there last night and was ignored for about a minute even though I made eye contact with multiple folks and even heard the traditional "ding dong" call out when someone is waiting at the counter. The girl who took my order was annoyed at my existence, it took 20 minutes for a 2 meal order. Chicken tenders and a sandwich. Chicken takes at most 6 minutes to cook but they were so focused on drive thru times that they ignored their lobby. I should have asked for a remake but I was honestly so irritated at their horrible customer service I just grabbed my bag and left. But once I got it home after my 2 minute drive my sandwich and fries were ice cold. The slices of roast beef were thick, the sandwich was was almost completely inedible. Would not eat there again.

Just went through, pulled up to the speaker at 11:40 and it said they were closed, there was a truck ahead of us and they were being served. They turned us away when we got to the window. They don’t close until 12:00.

I got a French dip and got home to eat it and ate a couple bits and a whole church of hair was in my sandwich. And I’m not one to complain but I called the store and the manager said eww well that’s gross and laughed. And said all he could do was replace the sandwich like I wanted to eat there again.
