Went there last night and was ignored for about a minute even though I made eye contact with multiple folks and even heard the traditional "ding dong" call out when someone is waiting at the counter. The girl who took my order was annoyed at my existence, it took 20 minutes for a 2 meal order. Chicken tenders and a sandwich. Chicken takes at most 6 minutes to cook but they were so focused on drive thru times that they ignored their lobby. I should have asked for a remake but I was honestly so irritated at their horrible customer service I just grabbed my bag and left. But once I got it home after my 2 minute drive my sandwich and fries were ice cold. The slices of roast beef were thick, the sandwich was was almost completely inedible. Would not eat there again.

Just went through, pulled up to the speaker at 11:40 and it said they were closed, there was a truck ahead of us and they were being served. They turned us away when we got to the window. They don’t close until 12:00.

I got a French dip and got home to eat it and ate a couple bits and a whole church of hair was in my sandwich. And I’m not one to complain but I called the store and the manager said eww well that’s gross and laughed. And said all he could do was replace the sandwich like I wanted to eat there again.

Tried to go through the drive thru. The person working it clearly didn't need to be working it. The language barrier was so bad, I speak English, that I gave up on trying to talk to her. I ended up having to go inside and order.

Arby's always hits the spot when I'm craving a quick and tasty meal. The service is speedy, and the staff is super friendly, which makes the whole experience even better. But let's talk about the real star of the show: the Au Jus.
This stuff is seriously the bomb. It takes any sandwich you dip into it from just good to amazing. I usually go for the chicken bacon swiss with a few sliders, and I soak them all in that savory Au Jus and it just takes the flavors to a whole new level.
I will often go through the drive-through, so I can't comment on the atmosphere inside . However, I often see people dining in, which I would consider to be a good sign.
My orders have always been complete and accurate at this location, so no need to go checking your bag every time before driving off, just start munchin' down. Unless you got the Au Jus, in which case it's probably better to wait until you can get sloppy. ?
Its convenient location among other fast-food restaurants on Pacific Ave makes it easy and ideal place to quickly grab a bite while shopping at nearby stores and superstores.
Parking: Never an issue with parking, very large lot.
Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly at.osphere.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible parking and entryway.

Nice stop coming back from a day on Mt Rainier. One of our group was celiac & they were able to accommodate. Jalapeño bites were pretty good!

We visited this Arby’s because we were visiting family in the area. We don’t have an Arby’s where we’re from (overseas), so we were happy our first experience with Arby’s was a good one. The convenience of ordering online was a plus. I believe the employee who assisted us was “Alex”; her warm smile & friendly customer service was the first we encountered out of ALL the Washington establishments we patronized during our vacation. We were beginning to wonder if customer service is not a thing anymore. Lastly, our food was good and our order was correct. We look forward to going back whenever we visit family.

I’ve worked at this location for 8 months. Everything was good until the GM left a couple months ago. There is a manager here that feels the need to kiss and get touchy with an employee on the backline as well as harassing other employees. The nepotism & favoritism at this location is so bad I can’t work here anymore. The same manager is extremely rude to both customers and employees. Picking certain employees and letting them do whatever they want then yelling at other ones to do anything he wants them to while he sits on his phone in the back. This same manager touches food without gloves, will serve you 2 hour old fries microwaved. The new general manager will disappear for hours at a time on the clock. Another manager will take paid breaks that she isn’t supposed to have. As an employee you’ll be expected to complete the tasks of 3 positions simultaneously and get yelled at because you’re not helping the backliners.
There are employees here that don’t care about how your food is given out to you. An employee has spit in the kitchen, many have sneezed on food and/or touched faces and proceeded to make your sandwich. I’ve contacted the district manager about these problems to be ignored. I decided to go further and call the store owner and leave a voicemail to which I got no response. I wouldn’t recommend this place as both an employee or customer.

Long wait, almost no meat in my sandwich and dry roast beef. Won’t come back to this location ever
