The burgers were so old and stale. It was like they reheated yesterday's burgers. It was so bad I just threw my food away and left. I wasn't going for round 2. The customer service seemed like I was a burden because I asked for extra mayonase

We were there on February 25th to get dinner at about 5pm. When we walked in there was one person at the counter waiting for their order. There were a couple cars in the drive thru and no one in the dining area. We walked up to the counter. There was a slower than a slug person(I assume the manager) filling fry orders. She didn't even turn around to acknowledge us. Another employee walked to the register, pushed some buttons and walked away. Again, no acknowledgement of us standing there. By now, 3 to 4 minutes have passed. We waited for another minute and announced we were leaving. Again, no acknowledgement of our presence. We went to Wendy's. If we would have been at least acknowledged, we would have purchased the high priced fast food there instead of Wendy's. I give this restaurant zero stars for service. At least acknowledge people that walk in.
