Waiting in a empty drive three and lobby for 21 minutes bad service pulled up 2 people on there phone so they don't care for the consumer but we pay food workers these high wages well be back tommorow same time with a video for corporate

Drive true never answer to take my order and when I head to the window to try to order with actually someone, they send me back to line then realized that everyone on line did the same as me because no body is actually taking orders or it take forever in order to someone do it.

Went to BK to relax and have a family of 6 time to have a break from Seattle traffic. The bathrooms were locked and had to wait for a minute. They do that to prevent the homeless from camping out. Bathroom was clean and so was the seating area. The worker sat behind me and I enjoyed learning of the store and other workers he said were really nice. I agree. The kids wore the Kings hat and played around. Sad no kiddy land. But its good anyway. The meal was nice and hot, fries salted nice, the soda fountain the kids loved to mess around with. Sorry if we left a mess. But to leave, the tray makes for a good loading dock for waist. WE cleaned up and left and were happy to returned a couple days later and again the week after. Great store in Graham. Shows the schools are teaching them well.

When ordering in drive thru, I asked for a King jr meal menu which is clearly on the bottom right of the drive thru menu. Person said they never heard of that. What??? Don you actually work there? It has choices of burger, fries or apple sauce, milk or apple juice and treat or toy. I stated plain cheeseburger, fries, apple juice and toy. She was confused and asked if I wanted fries, and milk…???? It seems she wasn’t paying attention. I had to repeat myself three times. Very frustrating. I also ordered the $5 my way meal. After getting the food, it wasn’t fresh. See pics. Lettuce looked like they played soccer with it on the dirty floors and chicken nuggets looked double fried and three days old. My son has had diarrhea three times in the last hour. Food poisoning is no joke. This place needs an inspection ASAP!!
