I love this place! I get a specialty latte and they make it perfectly! With heavy cream for my keto diet. The girls are amazing and very kind. Surprisingly fast. I love Cafe Elite. Just started going here about 2 months ago since I moved.

I’m very disappointed with my recent visit. When we arrived, the barista wasn’t even in the stand — she was next door — and we waited over ten minutes with no service. When she finally returned, she got all of our orders completely wrong.
The barista working was a young woman with noticeable tattoos on her back hand and arm, i dont want to assume her race but she had black hair in case management needs clarification on who was on shift.
What’s even more concerning is that she left the window open and the entire stand unattended. It felt unsafe and unprofessional. If someone wanted to walk up and steal from the register or the stand, they easily could have. This level of carelessness is unacceptable, and I hope management addresses it immediately.

Worst coffee stand in Washington, I waited ten minutes at the window, windows left open. I decided to leave then I see the employee walking back from her car. Then proceeded to give me a bad attitude when i ordered my drinks and then made all the drinks wrong. I would recommend going to a different coffee stand… this was not the first time this has happened at this stand

We waited in line for 20 minutes (only 1 car ahead of us) sat at the window another 5 minutes without any talking from either baristas on staff. I knew better than to go here as they are known for being God awfully slow but my niece really wanted a red bull for her bday. I suggest being a bit more friendlier especially if people are waiting that long.

Worst experience, the lady was rude and spent her whole time talking to another person at the window. our coffee sat there for about 10 min while she chatted. When I git my coffee, it was so strong, totally sucked management needs to talk to their staff about fast service and spending social hours not on their time . Last wendsday at 230 pm we had a Dr appointment so we were in a hurry. No thanks to her. My coffee sucks
