Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Employee that took a friend and I’s order was extremely rude. Was given the wrong ice cream, when asked about it was told “Well tell us correct next time.” Chicken strip basket was supposed to be a 6-piece yet I was only given a 5-piece. I did not feel comfortable going back inside and interacting with her. She was very unwelcoming.

Walked in and was told by employee in the back that he'd be with us in a moment. Line started building behind us (4 groups of customers and 1 doordash). I think they were understaffed, as the lobby was told twice that we'd be helped in a moment. We left without ordering, and it looked like at least 1 other group did the same.

I haven't gone to this dairy queen in a few years, now I remember why. We all got chicken strip baskets and it came with barely a handful of partially warm soggy fries, the toast was extremely soggy and the chicken strips are tiny. They forgot all pur sauces too, so we had to eat them dry. Very disappointed since this is so close to home and we used to enjoy it.

This restaurant is gross & dirty. We walked in right before 7pm. Lobby completely empty, yet numerous tables were dirty with garbage and crumbs still on them. The bathrooms were disgusting. Toilet paper on the floors, water all over, could have been a safety hazard.
The food was pretty stail. Fries tasted as though they'd been sitting. The ranch had a thick layer over the top upon opening & smelt awful.

Used to come to the DQ as a kid & this is the worst I have ever experienced this location.. Absolutely awful customer service or care.

Seriously!?! This counts as a chicken strip!?! Really? Eating out is expensive and don't do it often anymore. But this was actually one of my strips...

Went for a late night craving and got two blizzards for $14. Took 3 bites and found a long piece of hair in it! 😭 I was so disgusted I had to throw it out. So upset because I felt sick and basically wasted money.
I wasn’t able to go back to the restaurant because I went 20 minutes before they closed.

This is the worst Dairy Queen. I've ever been to but the closest to my house. Unless the older lady is there working, the customer service experience and the food are just horrible. One out of ten I do not recommend this dairy queen

Worker didn’t even ask how I was doing just order when ur ready . Then charged full price for milkshake ( instead of drink with meal ) and the onion rings was burnt and I asked for a large he fixed at window but it’s obvious they recooked old onion rings and dumped the medium into large container. Took picture but it won’t let me upload

We went to this location pulled up at 9:45. Took us till 9:55 to get to the speaker to order to be told that they are closed rudely. They don’t close till 10pm and there are cars behind us. There was a guy in the back kicking boxes and almost hit cars. This was the worst customer service and a loss to the company as there were 3 cars behind us. What’s funny is the car that was at the speaker holding up the line went around to the front and was talking to an employee outside cutting up smoking. There are not many Dairy Queen’s around anymore wonder why hmm

This Dairy Queen used to be ok, but has been getting worse. 9.99 for a banana split. Really long waits in the drive through. Instead of drive through I went inside to order. 3 people saw me. A young man changing trash saw me, but didn't acknowledge me. Then after 6 min of waiting I left. High prices, bad service and often the hot food isn't hot

You see pictures on the menu and I used to get the same thing for years. The prices have tripled and the amount is 50% less. I even said that is a large? The kid tried to convince me it was however it was half the size it used to be and looked like the size of a Sunday you get with a value meal. The large Sunday used to have the small of the cup filled with ice cream then like 2 or 3 not sure what to call it but we will just say bubbles of ice cream. A large was big enough to share, not anymore but the price is double. Make it make sense. Do not go to this location. They will be dishonest and not fix it.also they said they are being watched and that is how it’s supposed to be which was such a lie.
