When I found pieces of wood in my pie I was told by the district manager that the wood did not come from the pizza and then threw it in the trash, then walked away. She has no knowledge of how to handle customer complaints . You never disrespect a customer and always smile. She h is lacking knowledge of health violations and the procedure to handle a violation. Completely disgusted in the way I was disrespected.

Literally an entire slice of my Large pizza and half of 4 other slices are just freaking bread....... Seriously?!?! I swear kids these days want top dollar pay for less than minimum wage results.... Absolutely disappointed at what I paid for.......

I'm giving this place a 1. I ordered something with no mushrooms, and they messed up and wouldn't make it right!. When I called about it, chris wasn't much help and said he can't see if we put none or some online when I ordered. So what's the point of online ordering and customizing you pizza or your food order if they are not going to get it right. The delivery guy was very nice. But the store could careless if they have the right ordered or not. The tator tot bacon ranch was burnt. Kinda gross. I will not be ordering from here again. I'll order from another Domino's that cares about their customers. Also, come now, no meat to the Philly cheese steak.

Today(Sept.24.2024) at around 6:50 my fiance went to grab a couple pizzas and they made one of them wrong the first time so he went back, they gave him the wrong one for free and remade it the right way and on the way out my fiance heard the lady working there complain that he was telling her how to make a pizza. We didn't get her name but hopefully the day and time stamps help she shouldn't be working where she's given instructions bc she clearly can't follow them. Won't be returning.

I ordered the specialty Buffalo chicken and the cashier rung it up as some bacon bread. I don’t eat bacon or anything with pork in it and neither does anyone in my family. So I know I would never say that even by mistake. If it was anything else that I could have eaten I would’ve eaten it and not complained but I can’t even eat it. I called and they said since it was rung up that way there’s not much I can do and told me to drive all the way down just to talk to the manager. I asked if I could talk to the manager over the phone instead to ask for the right order so I don’t have to drive down just for it. He said he’d get the manager and some guy picked up the phone and was rude. I asked if I could come get a new chicken and he was like mmhm but hung up before I could clarify if I had to pay or if they’d make it. Kind of negative experience and not worth going back and dealing with rude service people. I’m not a hostile or harsh person and was very nice over the phone. I’m going to remake more food at home instead of going back.

Store refused to refund the items that I didn't receive in my order. Horrible customer service experience when I called to report the issue. Will choose a different store location from now on or Pizza Hut.

Never had a bad experience here. Lived in this area for 10 years now and we've always come to this location due to the fast and friendly service. Pizza is always ready when we do curbside pick up. When we choose delivery the drivers are always friendly. Would recommend this location to anyone.
