Out of the 40 times I have ordered from this specific dominos they have messed one time wich wasn't even that bad of a screw up every other time it was correct and well made.One thing they need to work on for a 5 star is cut the dang pizza fully.

The quality of pizza and sides has gone away.. ordered last night and was not pleased. Everything had an after taste and was like eating un natural ingredients.. my buddy ate a slice and got sick right away...said it had weird taste and was not anything like a pizza...to much buttery grease after taste. I would not even offer this to the homeless or third world country in poverty.. don't recommend this chain food restaurant who seems to have lost thier commitment to quality...not worth the price either to eat bad food.Dietary restrictions: Not recommended for human consumption, health department and FDA need to restructure their guidelines ...

HORRIBLE Sam and Amanda working at 9pm Sunday didn’t care to fix my issue or make it right. Ordered pizza online delivery man “said” he knocked but I didn’t receive anything he left the pizza on the door step. I went down after awhile not hearing anything and my pizza was cold I ask myself “why” well because I tipped online. SMH don’t order online and Sam and Amanda should find a job where customer service isn’t needed how did Sam become a manager? I wouldn’t allow this behavior in my company.

Horrible customer service. they gave me the wrong pizza after they gave it to me by curbside delivery. when i went back, they pointed at a sign laying on the counter stating you need to check your order. cant see that from the parking lot. maybe the employee that gave it too me should learn how to read. big difference between pineapple n a extravaganza pizza. just got lip from the employees. should have been offered a discount. instead gave me some side dish i cant eat because of my diet. thanks for nothing. employee stated they were the number one branch on the west coast.... hahaha. not at a 3.5 star rating. he also told me i could go else where. hope the owner dont catch wind that he was pushing away customers. it will be awhile before i order from there. maybe after some employee turn around. get some good staff in there that can handle customers correctly and maybe even can read!

The absolute worst pizza place i have ever been. i ordered my food and both pizzas were half folded over themselves and they forgot my drink. i called back to which i was hung up on and then called again to talk to the manager. the manager then refused to make me new pizzas or bring me my 2 liter which i had already paid for. i reached out to corporate to get compensated and they told me it was a locally owned franchise, and the owner would be in contact in some time. i was never reached out to for anything and basically robbed of over $60. if i could give a lower rating i would

my experience today was pretty bad! I order $55 bucks worth of food and my boneless chicken I bit into a half cooked boneless wing! I check two more of them and they look like the one I just bite into.my Philly tots was over cook and had a lot of burnt spots and ends.I called to speak to management and a guy named chris spoke to me with irritation I explained my problem to him and he gave me his cell number to send him the pictures like I needed to lie to him. chris had me waiting on hold for 10 minutes to get back on and line and interrogated me like I was on trial! I got frustrated so I told him I will speak to upper management.Customer service is bad and need a better manager with more professionaLism!!!
