First of all, wait times are longer than restaurants that are busy!! Plus a fussy lady sighing during your order, rushy and mad that you added one more thing. The kid meals honestly would feed an infant baby. At the cost of their food, you’d think it would be to perfection! We had tacos- they were burnt, and broken and taste bad, how do you mess up frozen tacos? lol, my husband ate his but the smell makes me nauseas instantly, and I’m usually not too picky. I’ll post pictures of mine that will be going in the garage!!! Next time I’ll drive a few miles away to another Jack in box, this last year every time we go there, it’s disappointing and this was the final straw! Don’t waste your time or precious money, there always a problem here!

I ordered online...app said order is ready to pick up...I go inside and water 25min for a breakfast meal and a breakfast burrito...my order kept going to other people in the drive up window 🤬3 different times...

I've been living in this area for almost 2 years and have gone to this jack probably half a dozen times. I've never sat in the drive thru for less than 10 fucjing minutes this place is by far the SLOWEST fast food place I have ever been to. You can be the only person in the drive thru and it will still take 10 minutes

I had stopped in for lunch, and the staff seemed like they welcomed you to have a joyful meal in a wel kept place.

Supposed to be 24/7. This is a lie, that is only if you’re ordering through door dash or Uber. If you go through drive thru they will ask you if you’re door dash or Uber and if not say “Oh, well we’re closed”

Ordered $20 worth of food, was given the wrong order and didn't realize until I was 5 miles down the road. I was already late due to waiting in the drive thru line for 25 minutes, just to be given the wrong order.The dining room is always closed. Had to wait an additional 20 minutes in line to get to the window and fix the order, just to be told to pull around where we waited another 20 minutes for them to bring us out the order.Good Lord it's 2024, open your dining room and hire competent staff.Do not go here unless you want to wait an hour to get the wrong order.

Not only does jack in the box stop serving the good food that actually sells, all the time, but apparently now, they don't like to make money after 10pm. So much for late night greasy food, all they serve is disappointment.
