Very disappointing- took my daughter out to lunch- our total bill was about $50. I ordered chicken breast teriyaki and she ordered beef teriyaki. Mine was not cooked properly and was raw and when I said something about it to the woman who worked there - she just said oh, and walked off without offering to replace it.My daughter liked her beef teriyaki and I have to say the Potstickers were delicious! Unfortunately, there wasn’t a clean table in the place and it is quite worn down and feels dirty.

The woman who rang up my order was really nice, but thats where the positives end. All I ordered was teriyaki chicken. When I got home and opened my box the chicken was super dry. They did not put any sauce on the chicken. They gave me 1 tiny cup of watery sauce that had a real bitter flavor. May have been soy sauce. The restaurant was dirty too. I will never go back.

Money faced restaurant. Why do you have to charge a plate fee of .50 cents? You mean to tell me I have to buy the utensils to eat at your restaurant? When I asked why .50 cents, Because the prices are high tariffs. lol, what a ridiculous reason, watch their people walking and they won’t charge those ridiculous fees. I should’ve known better walking in this restaurant just by the owners attitude, they were no good, customer service would not even be 1 star. Another thing, as the guy owner was charging me .50 cents after not finishing my food and asking for a to go plate, I told him that it was the last time I’d eat there, can you imagine he shrugged his shoulders as if he didn’t care and proceeded to charge me. Wow, I should charge them for seeing a cockroach their restroom. I will never eat at this restaurant again, it’s the worse customer service.

My order was half of a regular order. We ordered teriyaki and got a soy sauce meal that was not good at all . It was definatly not teriyaki. Had a very weird taste that we threw our meals away . Will not return .

I’ve been going to this place a long time, but the quality of food has declined over the years. The service is great. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, but the quality of the food isn’t as good as they used to be. I wish they would do better considering there was only two eateries in this section.

Very bad service, owner or cook was sitting outside on chairs while i was standing to order the food, and he was just drinking his beer, when I asked for help then he said oh i can take your order, then i was with my brother, and he asked for restroom, owner said no only i can use the restroom because I placed the order, but my brother cannot use it.. very bad customer service and behavior, save your time and money.. food was also ok ok ..

I have been taking my family to Kinza for over 20 years. They are always super friendly and have the best beef teriyaki anywhere. ( I have ate teriyaki from Seattle to New York) They are the best.
Kid-friendliness: Since I had taken my grandson there many times since he was small and now I get to take his two boys. The owner is great with the kids.
