Very disappointing- took my daughter out to lunch- our total bill was about $50. I ordered chicken breast teriyaki and she ordered beef teriyaki. Mine was not cooked properly and was raw and when I said something about it to the woman who worked there - she just said oh, and walked off without offering to replace it.My daughter liked her beef teriyaki and I have to say the Potstickers were delicious! Unfortunately, there wasn’t a clean table in the place and it is quite worn...
I’ve been going to this place a long time, but the quality of food has declined over the years. The service is great. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, but the quality of the food isn’t as good as they used to be. I wish they would do better considering there was only two eateries in this section.
I have been taking my family to Kinza for over 20 years. They are always super friendly and have the best beef teriyaki anywhere. ( I have ate teriyaki from Seattle to New York) They are the best.
Kid-friendliness: Since I had taken my grandson there many times since he was small and now I get to take his two boys. The owner is great with the kids.
