I ordered tonight 12/07/24 at around 8:30 pm and the lady taking my order was also the one who handed me my food. She was probably running that place tonight and did a very good job at it, especially with one arm in a sling! She had such a great attitude. It's so refreshing seeing someone kind and happy while working.

Pretty much ignored the whole time. Forced to order at kiosk. Then waited almost 25 minutes for the order. Very Ridiculous. When you try to ask anyone anything you are ignored. Definitely will not come back to this McDonald's nor would I recommend it. Fries and burgers were cold and hamburger patties were dry.

It's not even busy and the restaurant is having a hard time keeping up with demand .
I had to wait 10 minutes for an order that was already made sitting behind the delivery shelf.
The mobile and delivery pickup window is not used
My order for pickup is marked as now serving but it's not ready for pickup

It's an ok place, but like a lot of restaurants it's workers are over worked, and a result service declines. A customer before me waited 15 minutes just for one drink. I waited 10 minutes for a double cheeseburger. It's staff are friendly. I believe they prioritize drive through over that of in house dinning.

Made a mobile order and waited over an hour. Called to store and spoke to manager who said over and over that none of their orders was delayed, but the app clearly said there was a delay on the restaurant 🥴. Everything was freezing, and was incomplete, bc never received my 6 pcs chicken nuggets. Should get a full refund since didnt eat anything. Waisted 43 dollars.

Went through drive through and they didn't give me my full order. It was missing one biscuit. Went inside and waited for about 10 minutes before someone came to the front. They did get me my biscuit.

I get it’s fast food and I don’t mean to be harsh but we sat in line for 30 mins but there was only 3 cars we still decided to get food but when we got it it was cold and stail and even when we ate it there was literal PAPER in my food. This is probably the worst most ghetto location I’ve ever seen.
