I ordered a fish sandwich and the bun was burnt and the fish was overcooked. That was the first time ever I received a burnt fish sandwich In my entire life. Something must have gone wrong.

This place sucks the.coffee i ordered was gross I think the cream was past due they charged me 5 for 2 blue berry pies that they didn't have offered to replace with.so.ething else which was 3 dollars so I said we'll can I get a small fry to even it out they had 3 people come to window to tell me no. A small fry for real but yeah the coffee was thrown away 2blks down road but was out of energy to argue so you got me McDonald's little devils

Do not come here if you need quick service. They didn’t tell me iced coffee was going to take 15 mins. They made me wait in a spot and I had to call the restaurant after 10 mins to ask what was going on. When they finally were able to bring it out they stopped at the second car first! They talked to them for an extra two mins even though I just called to tell them 5 mins ago that I was running late and I was in spot number 1! Shouldn’t I get served first?!! Ridiculous. Horrible customer service.

Ordered a big mac meal and two plain hamburgers for my dogs. They made the big Mac plain. They can't follow directions. Plain bigmac may be the worst burger I have ever had.

Place my own order had problem push the button for help she looked at me and turned and went to the back I walked to the counter and asked for help yeah right now help no help.
I've been trying to give this location the benefit of doubt but after today I'm frustrated.I ordered breakfast today at 10:26 for delivery like I have many times at your Spanaway, WA located 20315 Mt . Highway to be told they can't do breakfast after my order was confirmed and paid for and then the manager said the order didn't come through but I could come get it tomorrow morning.( I have gotten my order for bfast in by 1029am and not had a problem and got the receipt for that too.)
The manager hung up on me after asking for her employee number but was able to get her name which is Alissa Gastzo (spelling maybe different I am horrible with names or close to it) the date is Tuesday, August 12, 2025 and time of the order was 10:26am this location. It looks like either the systems needs to be looked at or there is a manager lying but definitely a manager that can not do custom service when she is hanging up on a customer when they are asking for her employee number and then hanging up again when I called back after being hung up on the first time. There was a gentleman there that was kind enough to speak to me so I could confirm her name after calling back. You may look the other way but I sincerely hope you at least retrain her in customer service and communication and maybe shadow someone with better management skills.

I ordered online came to drive thru it was packed so changes to curbside and they let me sit there until drive thru was taken care of and when I got my order my food was cold my ice was melted and I didn't get my lemonade that I paid for after sitting in traffic and screaming baby while I was waiting was not good at all!
