Website says open until 11. Placed an order online at 9:00 and received a call telling me they were cancelling my order because their power gets shut off at 10 pm. It doesn't take an hour to make a pizza and deliver it. Excuses. Not ordering from this place anymore. This doesn't even account for the times they've completely forgotten about my order and I had to call an hour and a half later to remind them I paid for pizza and they lied an made excuses then too.
Go to Papa Johns or Pizza Hut. This place will go down soon.
Pizza is good but why do you list open hours until 10 pm of you're gonna call and refuse to deliver any pizza ordered at 9:15 pm after I already paid online. Change your hours if you don't want orders. This is false advertisement.
Pizza is so awful it's embarrassing. I suggest they close their doors or improve on the way they make pizza. Do not eat here. You will thank me.

Sometimes this is the best pizza in Puyallup/spanaway other times it's not even edible. At it's best it's inconsistent.
The cheesy bread is never the same, they always forget the ranch(you pay for) sometimes undercooked.
It can be delicious enough that we risk it at times. Got it tonight and wasn't impressed.
Wendsday's seem to be the best day to order here.

Ordered online from Eatonville after a 3.7 mile hike and the estimate was nearly the exact time we’d need to get there. Got the auto email saying our order “should” be ready but never an actual confirmation. Food was ready when we arrived and still hot. The fried Mac and cheese was good, but the sauce didn’t taste anything like beer cheese. I ordered a thin crust but it it looked identical to my partners regular crust, so mine had a lot of crust. Good flavors, but too much crust.

They don’t refund! Called in to order one pizza and was told that pizza will be ready for pickup in 35 minutes. Went to pick it up after 40 minuteshas passed. When I got inside I paid the cashier cash to pick up my order. After I paid and received my receipt they told me my pizza hasn’t been started yet and I will have to wait. I told them I called it in and was told it will be ready in 35 minutes. Therefore I asked for a refund because they wanted me to wait an additional 30 minutes since my order was not started. The lady so NO WE CANT REFUND YOUR MONEY. I stated but I just literally handed you cash and you gave me my receipt. She said nope. I was forced to get a pizza!!!! This is stealing from people at that point. Don’t come here they are never on time and they waited for me to pay them just to tell me my order hasn’t been started yet

What's going on with the recipe?Every time I order a pizza now it's more like a deep dish. Crust is under cooked, a ton of tomato sauce and cheese that just falls off the slice straight to the floor.Pizza Time was go to place for the past 2 years for some Mom & Pops pizza. Customer service is great, but the training the employees on how to make your delicious pie is lacking. On a one bite everybody knows the rules Scale went from 8.2 to a 3.5 for me.

I live close by it’s the only pizza spot that still does phone call delivery that I know of in the area, I only like thin crust and I really never get regular pan BUT, every time I order any size over a medium…it’s never thin crust. And I know this because I’ve ordered a pan pizza from here before for my mom, I’ve had one bomb medium pepperoni on thin crust, now I have to pray that the larger sizes are actually thin crust when I order it. And it upsets me because I never get my money back and I just eat it because I mostly do delivery and I don’t want the hassle.

I always give this place a low score and I haven't had it on a while but we were desperate and went back...the pizza must have got a face-lift because it never tasted so stinking good. :)

The delivery service's lack of motivation and the quality of their work are both dreadful. I've been having trouble getting my money back from them ever since they told me they couldn't deliver my order, even though the driver was given specific instructions and made no attempt to follow them. Simply find somewhere else to eat; this is a nuisance.

This place always makes the best pizzas. The crust is perfect, the sauce is fantastic, and everything is always fresh. When you get the pizzas, they're super hot and steamy and I always have to resist the urge to eat a slice on the way home.

To update my post: We live in Roy and like I said have ordered from here for 5 years now. We were told last night that they no longer deliver out here. This has been our go to pizza place for 5 years, they were the only place that delivered in our area and we have spent probably thousands at their establishment even with higher prices just for the convenience we were informed this evening that they no longer deliver in our area which is crazy to me because they were out here constantly not only at our house but many of our neighbors too. Very disappointed.
This was my go to pizza place for over two decades, but recently their closing early multiple times per week and I'm not just talking 10 or 20 minutes I'll call at 9 and a girl answers saying either their already closed or their just not taking anymore orders because by the time their drivers got to my order they'd already be closed which I've Also never experienced. How is doing that two hours before close acceptable. Their used to be this dude who worked here for years named Nick who was awesome. Never once did anything like that happen when he was their then one day he was just gone which I understood people move on new people get brought in. The store still ran normally for about a month then this new manager got brought in I'm not sure her name but it's definitely a girl and shes the worst employee I've ever experienced their in all my years coming their. Never once have they been open passed 9 o clock since she was brought in that's if I'm lucky enough to even get an answer most of the time the phone will just ring now I know if it's ringing for longer than 10 minutes I either won't be getting an Answer or it'll be her telling me she can't take my order for whatever reason. It more than sucks it's inconvenient because the next closest one is in Puyallup so either I drive all the way out their or I just don't eat pizza anymore. I went from ordering from the Spanaway pizza time at minimum 3 times a week now to maybe trying once a week but as soon as I hear a girls voice I already know what's about to come . If your really closing at 9pm everyday then change your hours so your not continually disappointing customers. In case anyone else is having this problem the Puyallup pizza time will let you pick up orders until 11 pm everyday of the week.
