Great service for a lady who was left by herself on a holiday. Said she also bartends on 6th Ave. Employer should do something nice for that lady. Labor day is a hard day to run a store by yourself

Update to My Review of Pizza Time Spanaway
I want to update my review because Pizza Time made things right.
After the delivery issue I had, the manager actually called me personally to talk about what happened. He was professional, polite, and clearly wanted to fix the situation. He offered to remake my order whenever it was convenient for me, and we went ahead and picked it up today.
The pizza was great this time, and I even got a follow-up call afterward to make sure everything was okay.
You don’t get that kind of customer service very often anymore. I really appreciated the effort they made to reach out and take care of it. Mistakes happen — but they owned it, and that means a lot.
6/13/25 This isn’t just poor service — it’s a terrible business model.
I’ve had issues with delivery from Pizza Time Spanaway multiple times now, but this most recent experience sealed it for me. I ordered at 5:16 PM and was told it would arrive by 6:01 PM. When it still wasn’t here at 6:45 PM, I called the store. The girl who answered immediately told me they “can’t track deliveries” because they use DoorDash. Seriously? You don’t even know if my food left the building?
I had to ask her to check. She put me on hold, then came back to say the pizza was still sitting there, waiting for a DoorDash driver. An hour and a half after I ordered it. I asked if I could just pick it up — she said I’d need to cancel through DoorDash. I ordered through Pizza Time’s own website. How exactly am I supposed to cancel through a third party I didn’t order from?
She puts me on hold again to ask a manager to call DoorDash. Comes back and says the manager is driving and can’t help. They offer me a free item like that makes it okay and tell me a dasher has been assigned to my order.
My food finally arrived over an hour and a half late and was cold. That’s unacceptable.
If you can’t get your food out the door or manage your delivery system, you shouldn’t be taking online orders. Until they fix this broken setup, I won’t be ordering again — and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else does either.

Friendly staff.. the boneless parm/garlic wing were down right nasty. We literally ate in them in the car in the parking lot and they were cold.

Absolutely the worst pizza I’ve ever had. 1/4 the pizza didn’t have any toppings. The crust I don’t know where they get it but it’s unbelievably no good. And they forgot to put sauce on the pizza never go there again. Too bad Spanaway just moved here. Never eat there again.

I don’t usually write reviews, but after my visit to Pizza Time, I had to share the experience — especially because of an employee named Chris who went above and beyond.
From the moment I walked in, the place had this perfect balance of local charm and upbeat energy. You could smell the fresh dough and garlic before even opening the door — that’s how you know it’s real.
I had a bunch of questions about the menu (I’m indecisive, okay?), and Chris walked me through every option without rushing me or making me feel like a burden. He even recommended a custom half-and-half combo I never would've thought of: garlic white sauce with grilled chicken and spinach on one side, and a classic pepperoni with hot honey drizzle on the other.
Game changer. The crust was the perfect balance of crispy and chewy, the cheese was rich without being greasy, and the toppings tasted fresh — like actually chopped fresh, not out of a bag.
But what made it even better was the customer service. Chris checked in during the meal to make sure everything was perfect. He had this energy that made you feel like a regular even if it was your first time.
I left full, happy, and already planning my next trip back.
Thanks again, Chris — you turned a simple pizza night into a five-star experience. Highly recommend Pizza Time to anyone who loves great food and even better vibes.

Save your money. Read the massive complaints on Google for an accurate account of their customer service and the quality of product they put out. They have messed up my order several times with the promise to replace it with breadsticks... Excuse me but breadsticks are not a substitution for a sandwich or a pizza. That's the kind of thing you offer in addition to the item to show your customer that you are fixing the mistake and thanking them for trying again. I am spreading the word because this is more like theft. I work hard for the money that I spend and especially these days it does not go as far... So when I spend what I make in an hour to get bread sticks... I feel less than appreciated for my business. I would rather spend more and actually get what I paid for. Don't waste your time on pizza time. they should be reported because all their mistakes that they replace with breadsticks or by making you come get the item they messed up, is just a scam and bad business. If you take down my review that's ok because I live in this neighborhood and I know a lot of people around here. I'm loud and I am spreading the word about this. Word of mouth can be waaaaay more important than an online review.
THEY WILL MESS UP YOUR ORDER AND PROMISE TO REMAKE YOUR FOOD TOMORROW BUT YOU WILL BE LUCKY TO GET IT AND IT WILL PROBABLY BE BREADSTICKS. IF YOU ORDERED DELIVERY YOU WILL HAVE TO GO GET YOUR REPLACEMENT BECAUSE THEY DO NOT HAVE DRIVERS I do not usually leave reviews like this because things happen and we all make mistakes but on multiple occasions I have had a less than great experience. It's always when the order is for delivery... When I placed my order online it went through, but I noticed the time and that they were closing so I called to see what could be done since I had paid. I was told that I could call back tomorrow. Which I did. I was told the money would be refunded but that never happened. I wrote it off and about a month later I called and placed a delivery order over the phone. I ordered a sandwich and a collosal pretzel. The delivery driver delivered my food but didn't knock or anything so my food was cold when I just happened to find it on my porch. On top of that they delivered the pretzel and breadsticks not a sandwich. I love bread but come on now. When I called I was told it was too late to remake my order but if I called back the next day he would make it right. His name was Joey. He said to ask for him. I called the next day and was told he would remake it but I had to come and get it. I ordered delivery because my car is in the shop. I live in the neighborhood and it's not a far drive but a replacement sandwich is not worth walking 20 blocks round trip. Keep your money and get your food somewhere else. Clearly they don't care about the service they provide or their reputation which I have shared with a lot of people. Based on the reviews, they should care, because people read them and they are terrible! All the orders they mess up and replace with less, is probably what's keeping them in business. It's a scam. They should be reported because it's more than a mistake when you keep someone's hard earned money... Most call that theft.

Great pizza with fresh ingredients! Lots of variety and now they have ready to go pizzas!! Along with the pizza, the salads are top tier. Reasonably priced and generous portions. Stop by, you won't be disappointed.
Website says open until 11. Placed an order online at 9:00 and received a call telling me they were cancelling my order because their power gets shut off at 10 pm. It doesn't take an hour to make a pizza and deliver it. Excuses. Not ordering from this place anymore. This doesn't even account for the times they've completely forgotten about my order and I had to call an hour and a half later to remind them I paid for pizza and they lied an made excuses then too.
Go to Papa Johns or Pizza Hut. This place will go down soon.
Pizza is good but why do you list open hours until 10 pm of you're gonna call and refuse to deliver any pizza ordered at 9:15 pm after I already paid online. Change your hours if you don't want orders. This is false advertisement.
