Updated from the below review- Went through the drive-thru, which was quick as usual. But after paying, we were given drinks with the cups not even full, and the green tea frapuccino tasted like water. Was in a rush, so we couldn’t go back to get it fixed. Quality of this place has declined.
One of the best Starbucks. Have only ever had 1 drink messed up here unlike the others that always do them wrong. Love that it is right next door to our church.

Made my drink incorrect, and instead of remaking it, they took off the top and tried to hand it back. Like common sense if i simply ordered online to make it easier to get it correctly made and you still get it wrong. Then I still have to tell you it's wrong and you don't remake it, especially when i ordered non dairy. Are you lazy? Is it hard to follow directions? I apologized for them having to remake it when it was not my fault. I even asked kindly if they needed me to say it, and they said no its okay, we have a sticker. Yet, still got it wrong? Come on now, smh

I have NEVER been to a worse Starbucks in the absolute entirety of my life! I go to this one purely out of convenience because it is five streets away from my boyfriends place. I, unfortunately, spend about $100 a week on Starbucks! (Sadly, I know.. It's bad) I have had to stand in their lobby 10+ times to have them remake the same drink at least 3 times in a row because they make it wrong, having me pay $8 a drink for it to taste like hot milk! And those are just the times that I had time in my schedule to actually come in to fix it! I have left with the wrong food so many times I can't even count, at one point I even left and somehow the sandwich I got had the meat taken out of it and it literally had one sad egg on it! If I'm spending $6-7 dollars on a sandwich... and buying 3 sandwiches at a time as well as 3 drinks in my order.. you can imagine my frustration! Then taking back the orders to have them mess up again, is so entirely frustrating. They front counter is sassy as hell, and almost mad at the fact that I am there to get what I paid for, I get glares because I bring my order back for them to correct. This experience is consistent as it's not a time thing this happens in the morning through the afternoon til about 4pm that I get the dame consistent TERRIBLE service. It makes me laugh when they expect a tip as well!! Stop rushing to make products for your drive thru and only being focused on your time and work more on your accuracy and customer service execution because this is sad for the Starbucks corporation! I have never felt the need to write something this compelling for Starbucks, until I realized how much money I actually give this company and how incompetent they have proven to be; and this location precisely. This has been consecutively happening for about 3 months now, keep in mind I kept trying to give them the benefit of the doubt before I posted something like this as a review! I would GLADLY appreciate someone to right all of this because I go out of my way to warn my friends and family at how terrible this location is and it's even made me decide to consider just going completely to Dutch Bros or somewhere else for my business because of how much it consistently lets me down. Us as Starbucks customers pay for products sure, but we also pay to have that good experience every time. This place, lacks everything in that experience and more!

I’ve been procuring quality brews here for a while so I just wanted to leave a review.
The lovely barista Kiana suggested for me to try out the Verona blend and it was just the right amount of darkness that I enjoy.
Eventhough I enjoy McDonald’s brews, the clincher for me on Starbucks is their perfect consistency on delivering your coffee how you want it and always hot.
A few bucks more is worth the visit, plus the ladies are always nice.

I think it was just a bad day the bistro used my points instead of the coupon and then gave me a hot drink instead of cold, but the gal did offer to correct for me but I just wanted to go at this point.
