I’ve been to this Starbucks on several occasions and the customer service has been lacking compared to other nearby locations. Staff don’t chat, aren’t friendly, and whenever I’ve had an issue, they don’t offer a remedy. Each time I visit, they are out of several menu items. Would not recommend this location.

Yelm Starbucks is the best! Even going thru the drive thru there's this awesome gal that knows my voice n calls me by name every time makes it very personal n for a good experience overall! N not to mention if they see my dog with me most the girls ask if he wants a pup-chino ! So cool!

I ordered a venti size lavender oat milk Matcha latte and received it correctly , but the taste was watery and milky it seems like the drink has been made for a very long time. Therefore, I went to the drive thru for a replacement but this time they put too much matcha in it. Overall the drink is okay but it tasted bitter. Costumer service was not bad at all. I am a regular costumer and this situation only happened once.
