Absolutely amazing!!! This team gives their hearts and soul in every cup of coffee they make. You can feel the happy, fun, customer service vibe when you walk in. Myhlei the store manager is PHENOMENAL. You can tell she loves her team and customers. I was in for just a quick second and she was on the floor smiling everytime and holding her team accountable. She doesn’t mess around (don’t forget to write on the cups;). Also her team is amazing. Shout out to Alia, she smiled the whole time and gave radiant vibes. Can’t forget the AMAZING TEAM MATES: Grace, Chris, Alexis and Mason (last day). I was only in there for 8 mins tops and left feeling apart of the family. This is the store to be at! Thank you

While the customer service is always amazing, I’ve noticed some inconsistencies in the drink making. Possibly related to poor training techniques. Mochas should always come with whip. However, probably 6 times out of 10, my standard white mocha does not have whip. I change my milk type to whole and this seems to make the baristas here assume I don’t want whip. They won’t ask and don’t put whip on. Or worse, when they ask me and I confirm I want whip, they still forget. Whole milk is not a skinny milk, it’s not less fat than the standard 2%. Also, iced espresso does not come with water. That’s an americano. I’ve been dealing with this for years now at this location so it was time I had to say something.

This place is great, but I’m not sure what happened after the remodel, I feel like they replaced the espresso machines because every coffee I’ve ordered since has tasted extremely burnt and bitter. I’m only writing this review in hopes that this will be resolved because the place overall is great just the coffee/espresso recently has not been as good as it used to be.

This starbucks sucks!!!! They cant even make a decaf frappe. They just dont put coffee. So basically paying 5$ for water down shake. So disappointed and rude workers

Terrible customer service, lady was proudly talking crap about my boyfriend and i when we asked for a seasonal drink which we had not known it was a seasonal drink until they told us. after we pulled up to the window she was making fun of us to her coworkers, saying ā€œit’s not even fall, it’s a seasonal drinkā€ thinking we could not hear. it’s not hard working the job you signed up for, and helping the customers you are serving instead of looking at them like they’re dumb.

I stopped by in a hurry and really needed to use the restroom before ordering, but the staff wouldn't allow it until I purchased something. I understand policies are policies, but a little empathy goes a long way - especially when someone is clearly in discomfort. It left a disappointing impression, and I hope they handle such situations more considerately in the future.

Starbucks clearly does not want people sitting for long. Every Starbucks I've been in in the last several months has had music absolutely blasting, creating a very loud environment. Definitely not ideal if you need to be working in the store for any amount of time. This location was especially bad, two different songs playing extremely loudly.

One specific employee that stands out is Elexcia ( I hope that's her name. ) she has excellent customer skills, and a great memory for customers names.
I came once, then three days later I came in again. She remembered my name... That is great customer service .
