Girl with the pink hair put no care into making my sandwich made it very poorly. Seems like she didn't care about her job.

So this place is a absolute joke. When someone spends 25 on a footling sub and order double meat and doesn't even get the same amount of meat that a 6inch sub does also asked for bacon got charged for it and didn't get it and my chicken BACON ranch didn't even have its bacon or cheese they make there sandwiches like the staff doesn't care at all and that makes for a very unpleasant meal for customers the staff proceeded to argue with my wife that the portion sizes got changed the other subway right down the road made me a 6inch with more meat then my 1ft long with double meat I REALLY WANT MANAGEMENT TO REACH OUT TO ME SINCE THE STAFF WOULD NOT GIVE CONTACT INFO OR PUT A MANAGER ON THE PHONE my family spends around 150 at your store a month and to be treated like we are DUMB AND STUPID CUSTOMERS IS ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS

Was in the store on 09/07/24 about (174th & PAC.Ave.)8pm,walked in and the employee was in the back unaware that I came in, spoke up and said hello and she came out from the back,surprised that there was only 1 employee just for safety concerns especially when she didnât even know I came in. Love the Philly cheese steak sandwich

Since I've moved to this area, the 5 times I've come here has been absolutely terrible service. Every single worker I've come across has either been the slowest and laziest or gossiping with the other worker and not paying attention to the people in line. One time, I had to wait 20 min before one even greeted me because she was too busy with mobile orders. The last time I came here, I did a mobile order thinking it would be faster, but i waited 30 minutes AFTER arriving, and it was supposed to be ready. Some of the workers are rude on top of that..... smh

Works very slow, watched them put the cutting knifes in the veggies multiple times for cleaning them off after making peoples subs. Very dirty restaurant dust on vents 1 inch thick everywhere the tables are not bolted to the floor and are a hazard veggies dont look fresh wont substitute anything. Bad environment!!!! DO not go here... stay away. Seriously.

I never come to this location because they are usually always out of the stiff we want bit today I tried to do an easy dinner ans used the app. I had a bogo. I order 3 sandwiches 1 Is free and I pay. I get there to pick it up and ONLY 2 SANDWICHES! it didn't even print on the employee side! I had both receipts from the app and email and she basically said she don't know what to do. So I had to pay fill price for my 3rd sandeich! Apparently they don't take coupons but don't list that on thr app when you order!
Go to canyon road DO NOT GO HERE!!

Couldnât get any food because every time they were about to service us in line a mobile order came in that they had to focus on. I feel pretty bad for the girl, but several of us walked out because orders being prioritized every time. How does it make any sense to send walk in customers away?
The idea that this place only has one person working that has to sit down every time a mobile order comes through is absolutely and obscenely stupid

We are foreigners and visit here at 11:40 on 6/12.We donât know how to order.The lady is very very kind to help us.While finishing the lunch,the lady is busy for other customers.

Went there this morning at 10:30 and the bread was a day old and taste stale like they didnât make the bread right and the meatballs were old and some of them were burnt I only know this because I use to work for subway and itâs upsetting to pay 15$ for old bread and old partly burnt meatballs

I went there on Saturday to get a sandwich for dinner. The two women that worked there made the best subs I've ever seen and tasted. I will go out of my way to go to this particular Subway from now on.
